We all know from a scientific perspective that we have 2 strands of self actualization , however, from a metaphysical perspective it is stated we have 12 strands of DNA

Ten of those strands are latent, waiting to be activated, like Sleeping Beauty expecting a kiss through the Prince.

Many books have already been written exploring this idea of DNA 12 Strand activation including 'The Energy Twelve' by Anne Brewer.

On this book she shares a lengthy and quite complicated process that she had to awaken her DNA, and makes that procedure accessible to her readers.
