SMS Wishes: Are You Following the Etiquettes?
For some, it may be the need to take photos, downloads apps, interact on twitter or Facebook or use other smart applications. If you find yourself in this category, then it wouldn't make much sense to spend $600 or more on your gadget. All these applications are possible on cheap smartphones that cost a third of that amount.

Once you consider purchasing a budget smart gadget, it is prudent to have realistic expectations. It would be unreasonable to expect your phone to go toe to toe with an iPhone5 or some other high-end Android phones in the market. Still, a budget cell phone would be able to handle many of your expected applications. They may not perform such functions with the speed and vigor of the market leaders, but all the same, they will accomplish these tasks.

The windows Phone and the Google Android are the main operating systems you should expect to find on your budget gadgets. These two operating systems will enable you to download main apps like Facebook, Skype, Twitter, Google Maps, WhatsApp etc. If you need your budget device to enable you to download multiple applications, then a gadget that runs on the Google Android Operating System is your best pick. This system gives you access to more apps compared to using the Windows Phone OS.

Examples of Affordable Phones in the Market

& Based on specifications, performance and prices, the first phone that makes this list is the Motorola MotoSmart. This phone has been rated as dull and its performance is poor. The best thing about this phone is that it costs less than $100. For an Android phone, this price is very cheap despite its poor show.

Finally, two brand new models of the Apple iPhone are here: the 6 and the 6 Plus, ready to sway interest away from other manufacturers such as Samsung and Nokia. A moment many have waited months (years) for. Both models are premium models, with no significant split in price difference between the two, making it hard for consumers to choose the right one. The major difference? Their size: one is clearly still a phone, similar to its previous brothers, with a 4.7-inch display, and the other moves clearly into the "phablet" market, with a huge 5.5-inch display.

Sharp edges are no longer the main attractiveness as both models are smoother with elegant curves. Made out of aluminium, steel and glass, you are sure to remain holding onto a solid piece of computing. However, these models are even thinner than before: will we see issues with solidity and sturdiness? Both models come in the colours grey/silver, light grey/light silver and gold.

The iPhone 6 Plus wins on resolution at 1080p with a pixel density of 400ppi compared the 6's 326ppi. Camera quality has remained similar to previous models, lying at 8-megapixels with a 15 micron sensor. How boring, no significant improvements here, which is interesting as phones are almost the main use of photography in today's society. At least the 6 Plus offers optical camera stabilisation whereas the 6 has digital stabilisation.
