Uh oh. Cargill Inc has been lying to all of us Truvia about their merchandise. They've been stating that Truvia sweeteners are "organic," and it turns out they are not. Due to that, there was a class action suit against them, and if you have purchased Truvia -July 2014, you might be entitled to a cash rebate. The other alternative is vouchers. Over at Nu Image Medical they have told their customers usually do not use Truvia about the HCG Diet since it's not 100% pure Stevia.
Class-action court cases generally rely on exactly how many class Members' type is submitted by they inside the time frame, but below is a breakdown of things you might qualify for.
There is NO proof of purchase required (but you must not lie!), only make sure your claim is submitted by you before December 5th 2014.
