Expression profiles of MUDENG in tumor cell lines. (A) Cell lysates that CP-724714 were extracted from the indicated tumor cell lines were subjected to SDS–PAGE, and MUDENG expressions were then analyzed by Western blot using anti-MUDENG antibody (M3H9 monoclonal antibody). (B) Total RNAs that were extracted from the indicated cell lines were used for RT-PCRs of MUDENG and GAPDH, and the reaction products were then subjected to agarose gel electrophoresis. (C) Tissues from the small intestine and testis of mice were immunostained with anti-MUDENG antibody (M3H9 monoclonal antibody) as described in the Materials and methods, and the red deposits indicate the distribution of MUDENG in the small intestine and testis. Photographs were taken at the indicated magnification using a light microscope.
