Company has not comply with installation or financing of energy efficient systems in my home! On April 6th,14 I was introduced to the company called Renuen a Energy solution company for the installation of energy efficient systems units in my house buy my older sister. It was supposed to be for the Pace Program in Broward County. They did not have the Pace program in Gainesville but the salesperson convince me that they was another program and I could get approve if I had good credit, so I try it and got approve. Little did I know I was going to go through a horrible experience that I don't wish on any human being! I got approve for the loan of $20,500 to be paid after a year of installation.
The problem is that till this day 6/24/14 the units have not worked properly and I am not saving anything on my utility bills as was presented to my sister and I.It's been a issue getting the techs or customer service people to help out with my situation. At this point I am afraid if I keep the units after they finally fix them that it will be a problem for them to come out and fix them under the warranty, due to the problems I'm having getting them install properly. They have also misrepresented the financing they told me that I would be paying anywhere from $109 on 10 year loan and $89 on a 15 year or more loan but that as not been the case, I have now a loan for 7 year at $253 and my utility bills have gone up and not down. This has truly been a horrible experience, I am a 50 year old single mother dealing with 2 jobs and I truly can't afford that payment if the units don't work. My blood pressure had been 180/100 since this ordeal not to mention I just had surgery on my feet. I am a
wits ends, please help me out with this all I want is for my house to be back to normal and in compliance with what I was sold on. And one more thing none of the techs that did any work in my house pull any permits and I know by law they had too! This has been the worse experience I have had to encounter this year. My sister call the sales person and they told her that the company is not even paying them and that my sister is not the only elderly person they have taken advantage of.
