Eric J. Buss joined our firm in September 1999 as Vice Head of state of Finance and General Advice. Mr. Buss was elected Secretary in September 2001 and was called Senior Vice Head of state of Corporate Advancement in December 2001 and also Executive Vice President in August 2005. In December 2010, Mr. Buss transitioned from the General Advice as well as Secretary positions, as well as came to be responsible for the business's media division along with his various other responsibilities as an Executive Vice President. In August 2013, Mr. Buss transitioned from his duty supervising the media department and also other companies as well as administrative functions to support the finance feature with Mr. Robinson's statement of his scheduled retired life. On February 19, 2014, our board of directors appointed Mr. Buss to Meantime Principal Financial Officer, efficient March 2, 2014. On July 21, 2014, the board of directors selected Mr. Buss to Principal Financial Policeman. Prior to joining our business, Mr. Buss was a link with the regulation company of Faegre & & Benson LLP (now Faegre Baker Daniels, LLP) from 1996 to August 1999. Prior to beginning his legal job, Mr. Buss was utilized by Arthur Andersen LLP.
