In the morning, I had just my Starbucks energy drink, Mocha flavored (200 calories). During the day, my co-worker gave me six Kit-Kat bars (240 calories) and four Butterfinger Peanut Butter Cups (440 calories) that I snacked on throughout the day. I also had one pair of white buttered toast for lunch. At the end of the day, I ate one chicken breast all by itself. I cut it into tiny pieces that I can barely scoop up onto my fork so that I can really enjoy it. It really worked and I felt satisfied for the rest of the day.
