I'm kinda really happy right now.
SO I was on my tumblr dashboard
Just looking for things to queue for later, and I see this thing
"REBLOG, TOTALLY WORKS"
It was a little clip of a recording of a shooting star in the sky
Apparently, if you wished for something when you reblogged it
your wish would actually come true.
My first instinct was for money
but then it was for companionship.
A friend, maybe a girlfriend.
A couple hours later, I'm just scrolling my dash again and I see a new followe
I follow back, so I instantly followed them back
and her first post was how she
"..was so fat, and not cute, and unloved, etc"
so I commented saying
"I do not know you, where you are from, what you look like, or what your personality is like, but I know that's a lie"
I've been talking to her for a while, and she seems cool.
She was upset because one of her friends was pretty much shamed into calling her fat and, instead of defending her, she joined in.
I originally just wanted to cheer her up because I sincerely care about my followers,
but she really seems cool.
And then it hit me:
God damn, the ******** star worked!
That thing is a miracle!
I don't know if I subconsciously gained more confidence because of it and turned a random moment into something grand or if it truely is magical, but I can honestly say I am happy I rebloged it.
She's also not as unattractive as she thinks she is.
