the Freak speaks
some of my random thought or some writting I wanted to do
24th of the last seed

Lydia and I made it without much of a problem to Riverwood after the assassin atempt to kill me, soon after a couple of bandits try to rob us, but my sword and sparks save the day and as well Lydia`s arrows. but that was a minor inconvenience. We got to Riverwood late at night so we went to the inn stay the night, I wasnt gonna bring a stranger woman to the house of Rolor sister, Even if she was my sword and shield,

I like to take lydia with me everywhere now, Its company on my travels and she is more than proficient in protecting me, she also helps me carry my loot. She wears heavy armor thou, cant really get an accurate assessment of her assets. Maybe at some point she will take off her armor and I can... check her armor for any damage, yeah thats what a good hero does.

midas 25th 8am

Back to the story, I spend the night at the inn, try my hand on a little alchemy and headed to the Riverwood traders, see pretty Camilla, wonder if Sven and her are doing well.
I wore the necklace of diabella for my trades, It doesnt help the prices much but I hope my banter gets to help cut down an offer, I sold so much of the loot we got from this quest that the store ran out of gold, I had to buy something so they would not starve, I bough a lockpick and some ores that would set em with some food and change, I went to the smith to sell the ores I just needlessly bought and a new necklace with an enchantment to help me with my one handed weapons. So thats a most, After trading and smiting we make our way to whiterun, there is pretty much the same deal till Im all set to head out. Im not buying much now, since I want to buy the house in whiterun, that way I can drop some of the weight off at home.

Were heading out of whiterun, passing by the stables the guy at the stables says a horse is 1000 pieces of gold, but a house is 5000, so I ll buy the house first then the horse, Lydia and I continue to the bridge on the east of the outside of whiterun, there a wolf is hiding in the bush for travelers coming north, I send an arrow at his head and that alerts him and he comes at me from the side, Lydia catches him with her new 2 handed battlehammer and I with another arrow, we take its pelt and carry on.

down the road I see a man, just looking at whiterun, almost staring into the emptiness, I approach him none threatening like, Say hello and he responds. Oh good he is not bewitched or anything, he explains to me that his looking for ingredients for his food for the Gourment, ask me if I have hear of the Gourmet, I said no,
Then he explains me that his a wizard with a spatula and he is the author of Uncommon taste, the cooking book I have seen before around. So thats the Author, he said no one has seem him but he knows and has hear that he is in skyrim now. Thats great, I guess...
On the way we came to a crossroad and since Im new in skyrim I ask lydia where am I to go, The fastest way on foot to the greybears, She told me she only knew how to get there through Iverstead and that we should go that way, There was some hesitation on her voice so I used my clairvoyance spell to tell me where to go,
This spell I got from the loot I bought in the riverwood traders earlier. Its a spell that tells me where my goal is, where my hearts whants or is suppose to go, Since I have a swordsman breton heart, I can clearly see a light path telling me where to go exactly. I wont rely on this spell much as I can be abit tricky.
Lydia agreed to follow my magical instincts and sadly we had to go back on the road to riverwood, I check the map and seem like a way to get there as well, as the place were suppose to be is on this tall mountain, either way we could choose left or right, only that left Im more familiar with the terrain.
It was a lost of time but at least I know this road, now at night we made it to Riverwood and continue pass it. I haven`t traveled Skyrim at night ever, I feel abit more confident on my skills and Lydias, that way we can make up for lost time.

Night time skyrim is just alot more scarier than any other skyrim time, The sounds around you as well as the eerie silence and the cry of the wind as it passes by the mountains. Im however calm, not letting any thing in my path make me look like a scaredy cat in front of Lydia, once you face 3 dragons in your life and come out alive, there is a certain feel of invulnerability bout you, plus my star is a very lucky one. I however dont wanna test my luck each time. So Im cautious as to know when to retreat. It seems like we have reach the top of the mountain above Riverwood, on the way to Helgen now pass that place, No bandits attack as we just walk through Helgen, open the east gates like we owned the place. Lydia made a small comment about the people in there, I pay her no mind, I dont wanna tell her how it was that all ended.
We continue our march when I see some fire light ahead on the road, By Ysmir, its a Flame Atronarch, Skyrim has them too, though surprising its still not welcome, I use my Wolf familiar to sic that beast and pull out my frozen enchanted sword, Lydia once more deals arrow attacks,
I use sparks from the distance while dodging the beast fireballs, she levitates and dodges my sparks attacks while getting attack by my wolf familiar, just to have this one attacked and dismissed, soon I take her out, but then I back up, I know this creatures like to give one last surprise as they die. Once they last explosion happens, I go there and look for fire salts as well as warm myself up by the heat of the fire.

Lydia joins up and soon the fire goes out, we continue up the mountain. the air gets thinner but at the same time more and more cold, snow stars to fall around me and now on my hair, I can see my breath before my face, I dont see any animals around me, so my Thu um of Animal alliance is useless here. Not that it was much help before, but its nice to know that beast now will come to my aid. I continue up the path, I m always leading but its soo cold, I think lydia is getting tired with her heavy armor but at least she has to be more warm than me. We go to this peek and then down, and the path continues into a turn, before the turn I see a cave, Lydia looks at it and tells me this cave is Haemar`s Shame, that s the name of this cave, we dont have time to explore it so we move on.

On the way down I see torches move about, the snow gets out of my eyes and I see something odd, a group of women attacking another one, Im curious to see whats up they seem to be a sect for they all are dressed alike, I want to help the one out numbered but there is something that is holding me back, I pull out my sword as I cant take that anymore and she went down. They look at me and then I see it. She was a vampire.
These other women were all Vigilants of Stendarr. A sect founded after the Oblivion Crissis, They explain to me that they work for the god of mercy, and they take out any Daedra, and some Vampire werewolves and witches on the side.
so pretty much they are the good guys. I feel bad for the woman on the floor for a split second then one of the Stendarr women gives me some words that put away the empathy, They have been chasing this fiend for months, I take her weapon and armor, strange clothing but I can sell it. I see her face carefully checking her fangs, they were right. I stand up and now Im also curious to Join their order, its marked on my map, I ll check it out later on, I nod goodbye to them and continue my way.
I walk for about a mile or so when we reach a shack, the place was empty as I was trying to see if anyone needed a night time hero, But it would seem the place could of not be more convenient, The place seem to be owned by an alchemist, so I raided his garden and try my hand on his alchemy set, of course I would clean it up afterwards, so I mix my ingredients with his alchemy garden and some potions were created for good and others for bad,
I learn a new potion named slow as well as other, Im not the best Alchemist and I m not planning on continue a career there, but I can sell my findings or mixes to buy a better sword. Thats why I do alchemy. I must of have being working on this station for a while since Lydia was dwindling a small mouse that she said was a wolf in a piece of wood with her blade, Stick to kill and being my sword woman, your art is the body guarding not wood carving,
I did not tell her this since she already puts up with my s**t, like going across skyrim at the dead of night,

We continue down the road to be ambushed, this time by the wild creatures of skyrim once more, instead of bandits, I see a wolf and a bear, the wolf comes at me but that was easily dispatch, his buddy the bear was the thing that almost killed me, Light armor is not good against bears, but it protected me, as well as lydia, I put on my oakflesh spell mid battle when things were getting hairy, I should of put on that spell before I go into battle from now on, I notices a cave with lots of honeycombs around the trees there, SO Lydia tells me this cave is named Honeydew or something, I question it for a moment, then I star to gather around the ingredients from the honey comb. After a couple of moments thinking about it, I think, "Well its a cave, there is lots of honey around, I wonder whats inside" with a mischievous smile I go in towards the cave expecting bears to be inside, "Think we can find some more bear pelts to sell?" I ask lydia while heading straight into the cave. still expecting more bears. I was right there is 2 bears inside, and as they come to attack me I used my Animal Allience shout on them, The attacking stop, on me, however they go after Lydia I star to attack the bear that attacks lydia and the second on stays behind, I m thinking this second one, will help me stop the attacking bear, or get him off lydia, but no he joins the frail just they wont attack me, so soon Me and lydia take out the first and then the second bear. I gather their pelt, claws and they seem to have a little coins and an amathyst in their coat.

Now this is lucky, but how will this have happen, I look about the cave, notice the dead body of a bandit and things become clear as to how the amatheyst came to appear with the bear, I raid his chest of treasure and anything this dead body doesnt need. Move on deeper in the cave to eat the other meat they were eating.
I head out of the cave rather tired, so we decided to go back to the empty alchemist shack for some R,R hope the alchemist doesnt mind.
