The Journal Of Kiyen
Pysical Illusion- Kiyen has the ability to create illusions that are so realistic they can cause physical effects on the target which is the principal behind is Ewigkeit. Why you think its fake, it’s actually happening. Of course, it cannot be something out of the ordinary. What that means, Kiyen cannot conjure up a world of imagery. However, if combating in swordplay or close combat, if his sword misses you but came close,

The difference between spiritual pressure and spiritual energy is simple: Reiryoku is the amount of energy a being has stored within their body or soul, whereas Reiatsu is the pressure that a person’s Reiryoku exerts. In other words, Reiryoku is potential while Reiatsu is energy in use and can be sensed by other spiritually aware beings. In general, those with high levels of Reiryoku will often have the highest levels of Reiatsu also. A skilled warrior can overcome a person possessing greater Reiryoku by possessing greater Reiatsu. This is achieved by having greater control over their own spirit energy.

xxxxReishi production/manipulation
The Kingukirā can produced their own reishi from their very souls and will it to their own specific virtues.
Reishi production is something that is very unique to the Kingukirā. As stated before, they can physically produce reishi from their souls and will it as they please. Furthermore, depending on the Virtue the member is associated with, the reishi serves a unique purpose.

Trickery Combat-Kiyen’s preferred form of fighting is illusions in hand-to-hand combat, which can make him very unpredictable and hard to keep track of. This allows for him to pull off surprise attacks in succession. However, keeping up this form of combat is quite taxing even while the Reishi production is a unique trait. While it grants almost complete unpredictability, it is not invincible and has its flaws. For instance, it’s only capable in combat. It has no affect against users of precognition. Also, like any form of hand to hand combat, it’s tiresome on the body. More importantly, if you are out of the users range (not in close proximity), it has no effect. While it has many flaws, it’s also dangerous to the person on the receiving end. Manipulating where his appendages will strike, where you were cut, how you were cut, how much you’re bleeding, and where you see the attack coming from. This technique last in short burst only allowing him to perform one Physical move with this type of combat. Meaning, while he can strike different ways, he can only do this sort of illusion once per post. His illusion can be dispelled with a burst output of Reiryoku. However that will drain the opponent showing the real effect of it.

Sensory Overload: Kiyen is capable of overlapping a person’s vision causing several negative symptoms. Hating the term, “what you see is what you get” Kiyen derived this attack. Instead of putting all his focus into playing with a person’s mind, he decides to play with their perception. While a person on the receiving end is capable of seeing him, he chooses whatever reality plays out on top of that vision. Meaning, the foe would still be able to see but they would also visualize an overlapping reality overtop of the real one making it hard to perceive, discern which one is factual, and focus. Therefore, the information gathered by the adversary’s eye is processed by the brain to give, on the face of it, a percept that does not tally with a physical measurement of the stimulus source. This causes the brain to constructs a world inside the challenger’s head based on what it samples from the surrounding environment. If they really see that Kiyen is readying himself to block, the contestant will see that and a complete copy overlapping him doing a counter stance. This type of Illusion that Kiyen performs will always be some type of physical action that is opposite or similar from the previous one, keeping the opponent in a constant loop making one second guess there self constantly. Simply put paranoia. This technique can be used once every three post. Of course, to break this illusion, you must dispel Reiryoku equal to the attack. So give or take, if it can’t be used for another three post, it should take up some Reiryoku.

True Hologram- Once again, this goes along with his hand to hand combat. By expelling reishi from his body, he can leave behind tangible images. While this is similar to the skill Utsusemi , it is not the same. By using his power of illusion, he can make these holograms real which are derived from its name. Because reishi production is something that is very unique to Kiyen and the other members of the Kingukira, these are tangible clones. This means they are capable of coming in contact with their target. Upon coming in contact, they explode and hit with blunt force trauma. So instead of singeing the opponent or blowing them up, it’s meant for breaking bones which is testament to Kiyen hand to hand fighting style. One clone per post is all that can be used.
