you will need
1 KL Tilapia or Lapu lapu
Spices:
3 pcs garlic
2 onions
3 Kalamansi or 1 lime
1 Chili (optional)
Tanglad or Lemon grass

1. Clean the fish and make a cut under the belly or cut in half. if possible remove the whole fish bone
2. Dice garlic and Onions and let it rest in the Kalamansi or Lime juice,
3. Drain the Onion and garlic of lime or kalamnsi juice and put it inside the fish (also add the chili, chop the CHILI),
4. Ready a steamer 300ML of water and add the Kalamansi Juice and tanglad in the boiling water
5. place the fish in the steamer and cook for 20-30minutes
