Past Lives of the Angels
The angels once littered the halls of a gigantic building known as Heaven. Yes, a building. It was large enough to comfortably hold millions of angels. Furthermore, all the Gods as well. This building featured thousands of different rooms, ranging from libraries, to dormitories, to even rooms made to look like a forest (plant-life did not exist). It was quite a beautiful sight, especially from the outside (the outside world being known as Hell). Although most were not allowed to leave the building, for even this land knew the cold touch of evil. Only those deemed as warriors were given permission to leave. What that this place even more spectacular is that it was not in the same dimension as Earth.
The angels were ruled by a communistic God. He had the majority of the power, and most respected his word as law (which made some believe he was more like a dictator than anything else), but he did give proven individuals the power to control specific areas of Heaven. These were known as the archangels, assuming they were angels. There were also other Gods who were given power as well. They were simply given names, such as the God of War or the God of Teachings.
Welcome to Earth
Throughout most of Heaven, angels normally fell into three categories. There were those who followed God's word unquestionably. Those who lived without much of a thought related to agreeing or disagreeing with God. And then there were the rebels. Most of the first group of angels didn't feel like it was right to force their beliefs onto others, so the size of that group rarely fluctuated. The second group were easy to influence, for the most part. And the last decided they were going to do so. As such, the third group, the one of rebels, gradually began to grow and grow, until they were large enough to start a rebellion. They attempted to seize control over Heaven. Most were not strong enough to battle against the Gods or the Archangels, so a lot of angels died fairly quickly. However, some of the Archangels sided with the rebellion. In fact, there was one Archangel that managed to stand face to face with God; however, before anything could be done, God uttered the following words: "You angels are ungrateful for everything I have done. Be gone..."
The God was more powerful than anyone could have imagined. Every angel and any God that followed the path of rebellion was forced out of Heaven via dimensional manipulation. This alone took a toll on the bodies of the angels. Most would die due to this. Then some were too weak to survive the fall (they fell from the skies of the Earth Realm and looked very similar to meteors). Only a fraction of angels remained alive after the three separate incidents. Only those deemed as Warriors of Heaven were strong enough to survive, and even most of those didn't make it.
The angels were scattered throughout Earth. It took years before a few of them could gather together. They remained hidden after seeking the several villages for shelter. They watched the humans and tried their best to blend in. They even shaped their family to that of a shinobi family, calling themselves the Tenson Clan. After several more years, they began participating more within the village. Some were blacksmiths, some were painters. Most were shinobi (as they were warriors back in their old homeland). They, however, did not possess chakra, making it difficult to blend in when they were around those that could perceive chakra.
Shinsei - Divinity
Shinsei is all the ability given to them by God. It's not a Kekkei Genkai, and cannot be stolen via DNA, but they call it their KG to fit in with this world.
For the most part, all angels are the same at birth. They are given several abilities, while everything else is learned. They are not limited in the five elements, and each can perform techniques of Fire, Wind, Earth, Water, and Lightning. To obtain advanced elements, one must sacrifice three of these elements, but it doesn't matter which three (you don't have to have wind and water to have ice).
Since they do not use chakra, you cannot use canon techniques. You can make similar techniques, but they must be different somehow (even if it's just the name...)
Unfortunately, they cannot create illusions with their basic ability (obtaining Archangelism must be accomplished first).
Shoumei - Divine Call - E
Upon eye contact with another angel, the two create a bond between one another that allows the two to communicate with one another. One might call it telepathy, but its more than that. They can essentially feel what the other is feeling, to an extent. If one angel is in pain, the other will know about it. This ability is controlled, and can be deactivated if desired.
This can also be done with a human; however, it is only maintained for five posts, and then it must be reestablish.
Tenjo - Divine Aid - (Indicate Which Rank Your Character's Divine Aid is)
By placing their fingertip or hand on the forehead of themselves or another angel (does not work on humans), they can heal any wounds they may have received. This technique is upgradable. Each cooldown is separate. C Rank version does not have a cooldown, B Rank has a six post cooldown. Even if the B Rank version is used, the C rank version can still be used. Same goes with all the other versions.
C Rank
Major Cuts can be healed instantly to prevent blood loss, but muscles, bones, and organs cannot be healed. Has no cooldown.
B Rank
Broken bones can be repaired instantly. Cooldown: Six Posts
A Rank
Muscles may be healed. Poisons, venoms, and other foreign substances may be ejected from their body. Cooldown: Eight Posts
S Rank
Organs may be repaired. Body parts may be reattached. Cooldown: Twelve Posts

Kago - Divine Protection - B
The resiliency of an angel's body far exceeds that of a human. Simple punches and kicks do nothing, and even things like kunai and shuriken will not cut their skin. Essentially, they are immune to anything that is not a technique (their may be an exception in extreme circumstances (like a 2,000 pound elephant stomping on them).
Furthermore, any "chakra element" they have is reduced in strength by one rank against their body. So if they have fire, fire techniques against their body are reduced by one rank.
Sorimitsukai: Kago - Archangel: Divine Protection - S
This technique an upgraded version of the original Kago, and replaces the original when an angel obtains Archangelism.

Meibatsu - Divine Punishment - S
The angels' bodies can produce an aura, something that looks very similar to chakra, although it looks a lot more stable (chakra tends to pulse, this aura can remain static).
This aura is different in color from angel to angel, and can be used for many different things.
It can be used to create objects, such as kunai and shuriken and katana. It then takes on the property of those objects. Objects can even include animals (although don't go overboard with the size of them). Certain properties don't carry over (a snake would not have any venom, a bat wouldn't have echolocation, etc.). Physical properties are maintained though. These objects can transform once every post. It's not done instantly, so people have time to react to the change, but it is fairly quick. It's done in a matter of seconds.
Aura alone, in this respect, constantly features several characteristics. Physically, they can be used as a shield, although the aura is only semi-tangible, so strong enough techniques will simply go through the aura and destroy it (C Ranked and Higher), although when this happens, they are reduced in strength by a single rank.
Offensively, aside from the properties each object obtains, making contact with the aura comes with a few costs. A small amount of chakra is absorbed (equivalent to an E-Ranked technique). If the target is cut with the aura, it enters their body (after which, it cannot be manipulated). When this happens, the aura attacks the body part in which it entered and causes a lack of function for a single post. If the object used is blunt and doesn't cut, the mass of the entire body increases, causing slower movement.
Naturally, physical trauma also comes with each attack, whether it's blood loss or broken bones, just like if they were attacked with a normal weapon.
What makes the aura even more special is that the angels can essentially use it as a medium for their techniques. For instance, they could cause a tiger of aura to launch a fireball. The aura can also take on properties of techniques as well. So instead of exhaling a fireball, it could simply cause its body to become as hot as fire.
Lastly, angels are only allowed to create two objects per post.
Energy Costs
Creating Objects consumes D-Ranked Energy (per post, not per object). Linking a technique with the aura consumes the same amount of energy the technique itself costs.
Energy
As aforementioned, angels do not use chakra. They have their own energy system.
Angels are meant to be more resilient than humans, so they don't feature as many downsides when they're low or run out of energy. They do feel exhaustion and fatigue though, although it's not enough for them to pass out.

Archangelism - Obtaining Your Wings
First off, no one starts off with Archangelism.
Archangelism is essentially the mastered form of an angel's abilities. Most believed it was only obtainable via God giving it to you, and until the angel's arrived on Earth, that notion had never been proven wrong. After years of determination, however, several elite warriors of the clan were able to attain this form on their own.
So far, there have been only a few discovered ways to obtain Archangelism. First, and most straightforward, all an angel has to do is sever the wings of an Archangel after killing him/her. In that instance, the angel would essentially be stealing the wings of his brother/sister; therefore, they gain the same abilities that he/she already had.
In all other paths to Archangelism, the angel will receive unique abilities, and so far, none have been duplicated.
An entity known as The Creator can also give an angel its wings; however, this is not free. The angel must complete a very difficult mission given by The Creator. After successful completion of the mission, The Creator will give the angel its wings. No help may be received on the mission, and The Creator has the right to deny an angel of a mission if it doesn't believe the angel is ready.
Note: I will be controlling The Creator, and I'll be managing the mission. A mod may step in as The Creator if necessary.
The final way to obtain your wings has the least risk. All you have to do is give up ten jutsu points.
When an angel obtains Archangelism, they grow a set of wings. This wings are not physical wings; instead, they look very similar to the aura the angels use. Each angel's wings generally look different, whether in color or form. But they never look like, say, the wings of a bird. Here's an example of what they might look like: Link
When this happens, an angel must give up two of its "chakra" elements (you can exchange all techniques of that element for jutsu points). In exchange, they obtain an even greater power.
First off, Kago (Divine Protection) is increased to S in Rank.
Additionally, Archangels have the ability to create illusionary techniques, although they cannot affect people themselves, only the world around them (so their illusions have no physical affect on anyone).
Something else is that the Archangel now obtains dominion over one aspect of the world. This essentially means that they control (to an extent) one element. It can be fire, wind, ice, gravity, etc.
Each Archangel has basic manipulation over the element (you can do a few, simple things with it - it's different for each element), but advanced manipulation must be done via techniques.
Each technique must be accepted, and each "element" must be accepted, as well as listed in your profile (it can be an unranked technique, if you want).
Note: They must be both approved by BJW81_RawR and another mod.
The Creator
Most, if not all, of the Archangels in Heaven survived the fall to Earth. A few of them eventually got together and decided to replace the God they once knew. By merging with one another (a total of ten Archangels), they formed into what's known as The Creator, the head of the clan, in a sense. Angels are free to do as they please (that was the whole point of the rebellion), but The Creator does oversee each angel, keeping an eye on them.
No angel has ever seen The Creator. The only contact made is via Shoumei (Divine Call).
The Creator's voice is a mixture of women and men, almost like multiple people were talking at once, but each voice is distinctly recognizable.
Membership
All members of the clan will be listed here, with a brief statement about the character, as well as an explanation of each character's element for Archangelism (you can reserve an element if you want).
