When I got home, Jimmy Johns called me and set up an interview. I am going there on Friday (3/21/14) at 5:00 pm. I'm nervous, I've been watching videos on how to speak confident and videos on interview tips. My uncle is going to do a mock interview with me on Thursday (3/20/14). My family and teachers have been giving me advice on what to do at the interview. I have been thinking about my answers but I haven't really come up with full answers but I have an idea of what to say. I'm going to try to speak slow and clear and take some time to come up with good answers if I need some time to think during the interview. I will also try to include ROTC some of my answers so it increases my chance at getting the job. I will update this page after I get home from the interview and put how the interview went. EDIT: 3/21/14: When I got home, I got ready for the interview and drove to Jimmy Johns with my dad. When I got there, I parked in between two cars without bumping into anything. Then I went into Jimmy Johns while my dad walked somewhere else. I asked the cashier for the manager and he brought him out. The interview was short. The manager only asked how I would get to work. Then I tried adding a few extra things like I was a hard worker and I like to work in a team and how Jimmy Johns was one of my favorite restaurants. Then I asked him a few questions about the company. I did stutter a little while I was talking but so did the manager. I acted excited and animated while I was talking and after the interview I shook his hand. He said he would contact me in a few days. He looked excited while we were doing the interview. I think the interview went well. I wasn't very nervous when I started talking to the manager.
