So I'm going to blog everything I feel stressed while trying to do something. Prior to trying this method out I would just surf the web for hours until I relaxed or became dead-tired. I'm hoping that blogging will take up less of my time in comparison. I will also be planning out my day in advance, which will occasionally pop up as a public post on here.
So I am nervous about this art history paper that I have to turn in 4 hours. The teacher is eccentric, and I am so uncertain about the quality of work that she is looking for. I'm also have the urge to go on a 3 hour work-out, but I don't have time for that now. I've gained some weight the past three semesters and it's bugging me. I'm just out of shape in general.
Back to the plan...
So it's 9 PM now...it's pretty late, and a part of my brain should be releasing melatonin by now because my room has poor lighting and is sort of dark.
I have 4 pages of text to read, and then rant about for 2 pages. Phrasing it like that makes it sound simple enough. I'm just gonna rant about for pages of text. Easy-peasey.
