Did you know that coffee is actually good for you? Before adding milk, sugar, or whatever you like in coffee, it has 0 calories. If you absolutely have to have a caffeine jump start during the day, it is the best alternative to most energy drinks and sodas. Also, believe it or not, most light roast coffees contain more caffeine than a dark roast does. This is because most Arabica beans chosen for light roasts are at a different elevation level than the others.
