Today is Valentine's Day! So, I would like to wish everyone a happy Valentine's Day, and I hope that your day is going well. I know that my day is going pretty well so far.
In any case, my exercises today are going quite smoothly. I have been doing high knees and calf raises on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, I do crunches and punches. I think that will give my muscles time to rest between certain days, and all of my muscles get a break every Sunday. I've also lowered my food intake, as well. I've started eating five small meals per day, instead of three large meals. That way, I have more energy throughout the day. So far, it's going along well.
I haven't gotten to work on my projects yet, but there are medical reasons as to why I haven't been working on them much. Honestly, I miss working on my projects every day, and I need to just bear through the pain, but there's only so much I can take. However, I'll try.
