- Elven Princess
Daintily through the whispering woods
The elven princess wanders
She sits upon a mossy stump
"Where are you?" she gently ponders.
Twigs snap! "What's that!" the princess cries
And whirls around- behind her
Stands a tiny baby cat
Who quickly starts to purr.
"My love!" the princess scoops him up
And hugs him nice and tight
"You mustn't wander off like that
You gave me quite a fright."
Sparkling eyes and a quick "meow"
Was all she got before
The tiny cat was out of her arms
Back into the woods to explore.
