Holy freaking crap! This new workout is totally amazing! I've been doing 15 minutes worth of high knees and fifteen minutes worth of punches, and let me tell you, I'm now really sore from my muscles tightening up. I'm really enjoying this new workout of mine. I know some people are probably don't believe me, but I am honestly pretty sore. The high knees work out the stomach, butt, thighs, and even calves (believe it or not), and the punches help workout the arms. It's great.
Anyways, the avatar drawing for one of my friends is coming along really nicely. I think it's going to turn out to be totally beautiful by the time I'm done with it. Just a few more additions before I ink and shade.
That's all for today. I know I didn't really say much, but I'm just really happy with my workout. I hope this will help inspire others to lose weight, too, if they feel they need to lose any.
