Slow and steady
Okay so I found a scale and now know I am 109 kg (238 lbs) down from November 2013. I am getting less fatigued when out on my walks and going greater distances.
My weather has been nice lately too. Though my belly is still huge and legs massive with fat, there is improvement.

Today I plan to go swimming which also includes stair climbing as I swim at an indoor water park. which covers a massive area
