I had the first meeting of my therapy class: Emotional Regulation. I can actually tell right from the start that this will be hard for me but really helpful.
I keep procrastinating work stuff. I'm a little backed up emotionally. I want to just get over it, but instead I'm stuck. I keep self medicating with soda. I'm not sleeping well either.
I'm super inspired but that's a little of the mania popping out.
