Raiton: Kiden - Lightning Release: Generation of Electricity - C
Kiden is a technique known only to those in the Tetsumune clan, or anyone they teach it to (currently, no one outside the clan may start with it). Also, it can only be taught by one person once, unless the person it was taught to dies. The primary reason they don't pass it down casually to outsiders is because it's the most effective technique when it comes to manipulation the Senji found in the bodies of the clan members. They fear that if the wrong person were to get their hands on the technique, it could mean the end of their clan, so to speak.
The primary use of the technique is obviously to manipulate the Senji in their bodies, but it also has a few other, minor uses.
The Senji is naturally in a gaseous state, and when electricity becomes present, the gas absorbs it and becomes a very, dense metal. Kiden itself uses the least amount of electricity and chakra needed to manipulate the Senji, although any lightning technique will do. Unlike other lightning techniques, however, the use of this electricity is completely manipulable, although the level of manipulation depends on the user's stage (these are also mentioned in the Kekkei Genkai's stages, since the manipulation of the metal is directly related to the manipulation of the electricity in this technique).
Another aspect is also related to the user's stages. Since the Senji literally absorbs electricity, it gives the user an immunity to lightning techniques, to an extent. Unfortunately, lightning can also be a weakness, oddly enough. This depends on the rank of the technique and the nature of it (offensive and defensive techniques will likely work, but if your simply causing yourself to move faster with lightning chakra, it's not going to be strong enough, perhaps unless the lightning chakra can also affect something other than yourself). If the electricity becomes strong enough, it causes the Senji's molecules to revert from a solid back into a gas, essentially nullifying the Senji. Any lightning technique that doesn't fall in either the immunity category, or the breaking point category, is simply weakened by two ranks. Other than the immunity, this technique only causes minor shocks (painful, but not damaging whatsoever).

Fuuton: Ryoukan Tatsumaki - Wind Release: Massive Tornado - A
After forming a single hand sign and charging chakra for a single post, the formation of a tornado starts. During the charge post, wind begins to pick up a little; nothing too noticeable, but light debris and things like leaves will begin to swirl along the ground. The circular path they take is so large though, that it's difficult to even notice that they're traveling in a circle.
During the first active post, winds travel more quickly and the creation of the tornado is more evident. If there are any clouds in the sky, they begin spinning. The second active post is when it actually forms. A gigantic funnel of rotating wind forms, about sixty meters in width and a seemingly infinite height. The actual tornado is only five meters thick all around, so there's a total of fifty meters of land inside the eye of the tornado.
The tornado is meant to keep people inside of it rather than cause destruction, but light objects on the outside of the tornado are pulled into the vortex. Escaping the tornado is practically impossible without serious injury. For one, walking through it would obviously cause you to be swept up and thrown. Additionally, the winds also cause severe cuts throughout the entire body, so even if you survived the fall, you'd likely bleed out within a short amount of time.

Raiton: Tenkuu Hogosha - Lightning Release: Sky Guardian - A
A lightning technique that allows Yatsu to summon a static discharge from the sky. Unfortunately, there must be some sort of weather condition in the skies for enough static electricity to be generated. Clouds, already-present storms, tornadoes, something like that.
Upon concentrating chakra throughout his body, Yatsu can use his own body as a beacon for the lightning. Ordinarily, a normal human's body would be sufficient enough to attract the electricity; so since Yatsu's body contains Senji (a metal), it's even more potent, enhancing the technique. For instance, usually the technique would require a charge time, but the metal throughout Yatsu's body speeds the process up.
Once the lightning surges through the body of the user, it's exerted outwards in a massive shock wave. The range is thirty meters in radius (it's a sphere), but it travels fairly slowly; it's possible to outrun it if you're not slow for a shinobi. It's mostly a defensive technique, as the shock wave created is strong enough deflect projectile techniques. It also makes it difficult to move towards the origin of the blast (which is Yatsu). Without being tied down somehow, you'll be sent flying backwards; generating chakra in your feet is enough to prevent you from traveling too far (you'd probably only move about ten meters).
Lastly, since the explosion has electricity present within it, it paralyzes anyone caught in it for a single post, including the user, unless somehow immune to the technique's effects.

Katon: Naraku Hogosha - Fire Release: Hell Guardian - A

Tsukai Dentatsu - Message Transmission - E
A fuuinjutsu technique created by Yatsu. It's presence is made known by a marking on the forehead (looks like the infinity symbol). The marking is only visible while the technique is being used. By itself, it does nothing. But when more than one person is branded with the seal, it allows controlled communication, similar to telepathy. Unfortunately, chakra must not be active for five before it can be used, and the user must stand still, making it difficult to use while in battle.
Upon receiving the fuuinjutsu seal, you must sleep for a total of eight hours before it can actually be used. This is because it takes time for the seal to merge with your chakra and mind, and sleeping (or other forms of inactivity) causes the process to speed up.
Note: If you are not in battle with someone, disregard the usage conditions.

Setsuna Ijuu - Instant Migration - C
This is a technique very similar to Yondaime Hokage's Flying Thunder God, only less convenient and not as useful.
The concept is identical. It allows Yatsu to instantly travel from his current location to any location with a specific seal present. Unfortunately, he must concentrate and stand perfectly still for three posts before it can be used, making this practically impossible to use while fighting someone.
Yatsu is also limited to only seven different seals. Deactivating them requires physical contact as well.

A simple fuuinjutsu technique that allows Yatsu to conceal the visual presence of any fuuinjutsu technique. If he creates the technique, it's done instantly; otherwise, he must make contact with it.

Shuukakuki - Harvest Time - S
A technique that allows Yatsu to drain a bijuu's chakra and store it into an object (weapon, person, etc.) The object obtains the abilities of the bijuu. The downside is that the person does not obtain a boost in actual chakra; on the other hand, the techniques/abilities that the bijuu grants don't cost the user chakra. Basically, the abilities drain chakra from the bijuu's chakra, but that chakra is not directly accessible.
To drain a bijuu's chakra, the bijuu or jinchuuriki must be unconscious.
