{ Samayou Tamashii } ~SabaDrith JhadOrga ~Samuel Dimitri Tyson
Samuel’s life has consisted of many shifts in personality and morals that runs in parallel with the traumatic events of his life. He could be described from ranges of Neutral Good, to Chaotic Neutral, to Neutral Evil, to Chaotic Evil. Like any other sentient being who is self-aware he himself changes with the times and is molded by the events in his life.
In his earlier years Samuel was but a wandering being, lost, confused, and with a heavy feeling of being an outcaste. Alone on earth with no other being like him he had little knowledge of his origins or person. He developed a detached sense of being from society and fit in with no mortal he knew of. His only anchor to realty was his first teacher who greatly influenced his morals and personality. Samuel went from a lost boy persona to a strong, self-reliant, survivor of the wild. His teachings and training carved the idea in his mind that the strong live and the weak die. Nature had a course it would run regardless of who tried to intervene, and time was on her side. He tied true power to physical prowess and sought to enhance his abilities through physical means. He grew adaptable, intelligent, and this only lead to further distant from mortal society. He believed only in self-preservation and much of his actions were taken based on respect to that belief. A shift occurred when Samuel became aware that he was not alone in the Universe, with the defeat of his tyrant father he became the Prophet of his People. He returned to the Abyss and led his people in multiple campaigns to re-capture much of their cultural that had been lost. Again his ideals of a strong being fell in tangent with what he believed a strong empire would be. He feared the extinction of his kind and sought to create a powerful, self-reliant, and indomitable empire. He waged war against any hostile threat, conquering other empires in order to establish his people’s dominance. However the bloody campaigns began to take their psychological toll and soon Samuel found no pleasure or challenge in such things and effectively ended his crusade to strengthen his people in such manners. This withdrawal from bloody combat brought about an era of peace in the abyss which led to their cultural developing from a military empire, to a scholar based one. Samuel sought to further his people by instead focusing on the individuals among it rather than those outside it. This lead to a developed love for philosophical debates, educational pursuits, and physical training. Healthy competition became a tradition of his people in just a few short decades. However that wander lust from his child hood began to plague him and so after much deliberation he left the Abyss to travel. His people, now self-sufficient and in no real need of a leader, began to grow internally and he sought knowledge outside their realm. He did this in order to eventually infuse new ideas and culture into his people and strengthen them further. His travels brought him to Gaia where he was flooded with various cultures, ideas, powers, and threats. He became a man of caution but optimism as he traveled, learned, and grew. However those life-long lessons of the strong survive and the weak die never left him. He remained ever distant from most social gatherings, coming off as cold, distant, and anti-social. This all changed with constant relations with key individuals who slowly but surely transformed his personality to a more friendly and caring individual. He saw now that his people needed no help, but it was those around him that did. Thus the tables were turned and he began to share his culture with close friends. He soon became a man who enjoyed competing with other powerful Gaians, teaching eager students, and all the while improving his combat efficiency. The FFA days among Lu Bu brought back the drums of war and Samuel participated in the conflicts in hopes of protecting dear friends, he himself remained as distant from the conflicts as possible for his was already sick of war whilst these eager Gaians were ready to spill blood with-out a thought of remorse. When the conflicts ended he sought to create a place of solitude where men could train and better themselves with-out fear of losing their lives, thus the Rock Fist Guild was born. It was during this time that Samuel truly developed into a teacher of many and soon became a wise father like figure to those he called friend. However he still felt the guilt of being so powerful, whilst others suffered. He sought to use his strength for those who could not defend themselves, shifting his thoughts on the long lived ideal of “The strong live, the weak die.” He began to question this moral stance by assessing that the strong had a responsibility to help the weak where they could. He found a middle ground in these two ideals and set out to assist the people of Gaia. However it became apparent that his physical prowess would not be enough, so he fell back on his intellectual skills and with-in a short decade became a financial power house on Gaia. Using the personal wealth of his many years sacking empires to create business firms dedicated to swaying the balance of power in the ever eternal battle of the few wealthy vs the many poor. Even though his cause was righteous the idea of self-preservation remained and the guilt of his origins plagued his conscious. He felt underserving of his wealth for all the sin he has committed, the lives he took in his ignorant and selfish crusade for power. This guilt conflicted with his defiant nature from the years of cruel and un-forgiving torture he had suffered. He both love and admired the Universe, but remained defiant to it in his existence. In the last years of his life on Gaia Samuel’s personality shifted once again to a man plagued by guilt and driven to give back to the Universe which he had so greatly offended and defied. It drove him to self-destruction in hopes of creating a Heir that could carry on his legacy. In the final and most prominent years of his life Samuel could be described as Neutral, border line Neutral Good.
[ Alexander Vincent Tyson ] -Arcadias Valian JhadOrga
Alexander can be described as calm, firm, focused, and a rationale man. Unlike his father he has no inner urge for combat, but will not hesitate to take conflict head on. He is tactical in his thinking and will focus on the most advantageous position before taking a risk. Cautious could be used to describe his actions but he is un-wavering in his convictions and will not hesitate to speak them aloud if an event before him conflicts with them. Alexander has found a middle ground with the very same ideals his father once had, but believes that more direct action must be taken with his strength. Like his father he will not hesitate to kill if need be, it is considered a necessary sin at times. Unlike his father he holds no real love for nature due to his birthing and believes his very existence is the work of intelligence, not natural means. He can be described as Neutral Good.
-Comparison- How do the father and son differ? Both are strong willed, defiant, and iron clad in their convictions. However Samuel's long life has brought about much change internally, leagues of self-doubt and fear of his own inner evil. Alexander has no reservations about himself and is not plagued by any inner evils. He is solid in his mental assessment of himself and dedicated to his stance on moral issues.
