I know right, you read the title and thought what the hell is about to happen, well you see losing weight can be hard but hard work makes a better you and better body at the end of it. I recently broke up with my fiance 4&1/2 weeks ago, and i miss him at times but sometimes the person we want the most is the one we're best without, anyways i decided to take my frustration out in exercise yes you read correctly, less eating more water, more exercise and with the words he left words he left me with, "you'll never find someone who'll love you like i did because of your size" well that was the needed fire under my a** to get me going, I started working out and within the first 5 days i lost 7 pounds!! It's amazing the things that'll push you to the edge and actually benefit you. What's your motivator??
