So, I've finally figured out why I have been so lazy lately and not feeling so well emotionally and physically: Stress. I've been so bent on trying to better myself that it's finally taking a toll on me and I can't let that happen. I need to better myself fully before I can learn kickboxing or dancing. So, I've decided to make myself a daily To Do list for myself to complete every day. I have a time limit of 24 hours, so I think it'll help me.
I've gotten right back to exercising with great determination that I think I might be able to lose a lot more weight than before. In fact, I bet tomorrow will be a better day for me.
