Well, I'm feeling much better today than I was yesterday. That's a plus. I did a lot today, so I was busy. A little too busy to work on my works, but that's alright. I always have Monday to look forward to to continue working.
I did all of my exercises today. However, I'm not going to be doing the kickboxing workout tonight. I'm going to start doing that every night starting tomorrow. So, tonight, I'll just stick with 100 leg lifts and 100 Shake Weight reps. I think it'll be good. I've run out of tea and have been drinking a lot of soda. So, I'll need to start drinking some water instead.
Other than all of that, I've been feeling really well today. It's been a very good day.
