I have been sick for almost two weeks! I was actually sent home from work last Thursday, then called in sick on Friday. I literally sat in the chair in my living room and watched Criminal Minds for three days. Sunday, I moved, I actually drove to my grandparents home and did my laundry. They went out to dinner while I was doing laundry, so I was able to watch a movie and continue sitting.

I finally feel better. Monday, I didn't do any exercise, I went straight to bed cause I was still really tired. Tuesday, I went for a walk, but I only walked a little over 8km, same thing with Wednesday. Thursday, I made a deal with a work mate, if he went to the gym, I would walk 10km. I almost walked 11km, I was .30 short of the 11km, but I had to go for coffee with a friend. I was very sore after that walk, I drove the coffee shop... it was just down the street from my house. That is only a little embarrassing.

Friday, the day I was waiting for all week! I finally went to Fright Night! It was a lot of fun. Went with a couple of guys from work. Well, most of us are laid off. I am about to be. I have only a week left of work, before my contract is up. I am actually looking forward to it. That is not the topic I want to talk about, Fright Night is what I want to talk about. It was fun. Three of us had purchased our tickets online and went in and had a couple of drinks while the fourth member waited in the long line up for tickets, then he had to go through the coat check. We checked out a couple of the haunted house, but there were so many people going in them that we didn't get scared. We didn't even jump or get startled. That was a little disappointing. The wooden roller coaster was amazing like always though. The two smallest people, me and number 4, took the farthest seat. The one in the back, then the two bigger people took the seat just ahead of us. They barely fit in the seat together. It was not fair, they were so squished that they didn't even have to hold on! smilies/icon_xp.gif while me and number 4 had to hold on for dear life. We almost fell out every time the coaster dropped on the descents. After the wooden roller coaster we went into one more haunted house, but someone ahead of us did something and they had to turn on the lights. It definitely ruined that haunted house for us. It would have been the best one too, I had jumped and had only been in the haunted house for a few seconds!

Overall, it was a lot of fun. I would recommend people to go. We stayed until 1230am, then went to Denny's. We were all a little hungry, but the Denny's in Burnaby sucked. The service was incredible slow and disorganized and the food really wasn't all that great either. I've been to a few Denny's and have had no complaints. I felt a little bad, a large group dine and dashed on her, but cold food, 5 times asking for water and napkins doesn't make it ok.

Anyways, I am off. Time to drive home. It was my papa's birthday, and I have to drop my sisters friend off at home and then drop my brother off, before I can go home.
