Private Thoughts
Please see first entry for an introduction.
This journal is a collection of very private thoughts that I share only under condition of anonymity on the internet. It is a documentation of my thoughts over the past year, vis-a-vis my struggles with my depression, weight, self-esteem and self-harm. All entries are actual unaltered (except to provide anonymity or noted clarification) private phone notes, blog entries, or expressions of anger or sadness on anonymous forums, and are dated by when they were originally created. Trigger warnings for: self-harm, depression, eating-disorder-like behavior, verbal self-abuse, suicidal ideation. Note: I do not intend to support self-harming behaviors or eating disordered behaviors. If anyone reads this, please remember that many of these were written by a mentally unbalanced girl to herself.
