OMG I'm in sooo much pain! Every day I have to sit on a hard stool for 90 mins and then go straight into gym. That, plus probably slipping wrong, has made my butt and back really sore. On top of that, even though I was already hurting, I decided to do my stretches and dance routines. Ya stretching is good for you, but I'm not that flexible, so it was pulling my muscles. That hurts on a normal basis. So now I can barely move . Thank God for the weekend.
