i've been getting crazy junk food urges these days... hahaaa
it's prob because for the past few weeks i've been trying to eat healthy and exercising...
havent ate any chips or biscuits in sooo long... IM GOING CRAZY!!!
i know that in north america, for someone whose height just a little over 5 foot 5... weighing 115lbs is considered overweight or remotely heavy
but i used to be a lot more.. in shape
i used to be on the track team, i played badminton competitively... etc
and now im just a lazy blob sitting in front of the laptop at home.. or sitting in front of the laptop in the lab
it's not like i consider myself fat
people i know still classifies me as skinny... but i feel so UNFIT... so out of shape
just so... unhealthy in general
like.. i'll run a few steeps and be tired and out of breath
or just always tired/sleepy/out of energy
i know i need to start working out and stuff... but this whole "being healthy" thing is just INSANELY hard!
and just the other day... my housemate got me all these triple chocolate cookies...
and then i started eating them... and.. and... OMG..................
HOW DO PEOPLE LIVE ON NOTHING BUT VEGETABLES AND CHICKEN BREASTS!?!?!
and with no dressing or sauce!!!
please come and teach me your holy ways~~~
