I've been adding to my exercise routine since March, and when summer started in late May, I found out I lost 10lbs, which was awesome. Only early May did I decide to alter my diet by ruling out beefs and pork. I'm still working on quitting sodas.

Since summer started and I continued running and playing tennis I've currently lost 6 more pounds, which makes my total weight loss for the year so far in 4 months 15lbs.

I still don't know what exactly I want my weight to be, but I'm aiming for at least another 4lbs loss by the end of the summer, making my weight 145. When school starts up again, I don't know how consistent I'll be able to keep up my routine, so I guess I'll set my goal to 5lbs loss so hopefully by the end of the year I'll weigh 140lbs, seems like a nice number for now.
