Biography:
The Birth of a Dragon
Hiryuu had a fairly modest childhood, at least for someone in his clan. This may have deemed very abnormal for anyone else though. Actually, definitely deemed odd. He was born with the Awakened Earth state, a part of his Kekkei Genkai, also giving him the Bakadzikara (Great Physical Power) technique at birth. Considering a babies muscles aren't that strong to begin with, it's not like he could move at insane speeds or punch through a wooden board at such a young age, but there were, however, notable things that occurred due to the technique. When he began crawling, he would often move fairly quickly, sometimes faster than an older person's walking speed. He would also constantly break his toys with his bare hands. Due to the strength the technique temporarily gave him, his leg muscles also were used to holding up his body quicker, allowing him to walk at a fairly early age. Because of this, his muscles also began developing and strengthening at an earlier age. It wasn't until about the age of eight, though, that he started moving at abnormal speeds. Any his age, and even the genins of the village, were blind to his movements while in this state, giving him the nickname of "Flying Dragon."

A Shinobi is Born
At the age of nine, Hiryuu began training under fellow clan members, getting used to his Kekkei Genkai, and practicing with weapons. A year later, he joined the academy. He somewhat struggled with the ninjutsu requirements, although the weaponry training was easy for him. Even so, he was in the academy twice as long as most.
At the age of twelve, he finally became a genin. When it came to ninjutsu, and basically anything that required chakra, he was behind the other genin; however, due to his training, he was likely one of the best when it came to taijutsu and weaponry.
Current: At the age of fourteen, Hiryuu has had two years experience as a genin; however, rather than training, he has mostly partaken in missions to help provide money to his clan, and prove himself to them. To them, fight experience was more important at a young age than actually learning techniques.

Friends with a Tiger
Not long after becoming a genin, Hiryuu was sent on a mission. The mission itself was fairly tedious, nothing notable. But while on it, Hiryuu stumbled upon a young, white tiger being attacked by hunters. Without killing them, Hiryuu repelled the hunters and saved the tiger's life. The mother of the tiger said the following when Hiryuu brought Buyuu back: "You have saved the life of my daughter. It is family tradition to return any favor. As such, she now owes you her life, and shall stand by you until death finds her."
Afterwards, the two bonded fairly quickly, spending most of the time together, and even training with one another.

[Combat Information]

Intelligence:
Slightly Above Average
Strengths:
Taijutsu, Weaponry, Close-Range Fights
Weaknesses:
Not the Best with Ninjutsu and Chakra Control, Long-Range Fights
Fighting Style:
Hiryuu focuses on his weapons and fighting at a close range. He can handle himself at medium range, due to his projectile proficiency, but he's at a loss when it comes to long range. Furthermore, he tends to focus on speed rather than strength. When it comes to swinging a blade, even the weakest of attacks can cause a severe wound,.so trying to simply land a blow is sometimes better than trying to cut someone's head off.

Nawanuke - Rope Escape - E

Fuuton: Soyokaze - Wind Release: Gentle Breeze - C
After forming several hand signs, Hiryuu will force wind chakra into various parts of his body; which ones are up to him. This can cause various things to occur.
Defensively, he can fire small balls of wind from his body to deflect attacks. He can do the same thing offensively as well, using the wind to push objects.
By not expelling the wind from his body, he can cause it to literally surround parts of his body. Defensively, this could less the speed and impact of attacks, essentially lowering weaker physical attacks and lightning attacks by a single rank in strength (only affects techniques B Rank and lower). Offensively, this can be used to increase the strength and the range of his attacks. The range isn't increased by much, only five inches, at most. But it can cause his strongest of attacks (as in punches, kicks, etc.) to fracture smaller bones, such as the fingers. To activate it, it costs C-Ranked chakra, but for every post it's activated, it costs E-Ranked chakra.
The entire technique can last for three posts, and has a cooldown of five.

Fuuinjutsu:
Doukishiki - Synchronization - C
A technique created with inspiration coming from the Netsubou Clan's ability to channel their abilities through weaponry.
It essentially allows living beings to become linked to one another by placing identical seals on them (the seal's appearance can vary). This allows them to share the same thought-processes, share a chakra pool, and even feel what the other feels. The final thing it allows is for the exchanged of techniques. The exchanged must be equal (e.g. if you give a linked person a C Rank, they must give you a C rank, or anything that adds up to three jutsu points). Furthermore, this exchange lasts for five posts, and until those five posts pass, this may not be used again. The max amount someone can exchanged using this is SS Rank, or 8 jutsu points. All abilities can be exchanged, but some may not be used. For instance, no one can use a Kekkei Genkai technique if they do not have that KG. Same with chakra elements.
Hiryuu, himself, cannot actually perform this technique. It was, however, performed on him to link Hiryuu to Buyuu (see summons).

Kekkei Genkai:
Bakadzikara - Great Physical Power - C
This technique can be obtained in one of two ways. One, you can be born with it. The second way is to learn it like any normal technique; however, only members of the Netsubou Clan can do so.
This technique is very odd: when it's used is predetermined. It occurs every five posts, regardless of whether or not the user wants it to (i.e. the technique is used, four more posts go by, the technique must be used again). The user does feel a sensation within their body right before it occurs, so with training, one can learn to time it well. Fortunately, it does cost less chakra when it is used, being on par with a D Rank instead of a C Rank.
There are two stages to the technique. The first stage causes lower-body muscles to become enhanced, allowing the user to run a lot faster, jump a lot higher, etc. This speed is difficult to follow with the naked eye; however, at such high speeds, the user will have difficulty with turning, so they must run in a straight line, or at the very least, a line with only a slight curve. It's also difficult to stop quickly, so to prevent them from running into an object, the user must slow down considerably five feet before reaching an object.
The second stage also affects the muscles, but the enhancement is transferred to the upper body. It causes their movement speed to return back to normal, but now the speed and strength of their upper body movements (most notably, arms). The leg muscles are naturally stronger than the upper-body muscles though, so the speed isn't the same as in the first stage. Rather than seeing nothing, the naked eye might see a blurred object instead (granted, this blurred effect would only affect their arms and hands, not the rest of their body, because while punching, your arm moves the most). This will obviously also increase the damage of the user's physical attacks, allowing them to crack trees with punches, and create minor craters in the ground. Thus, breaking bones isn't really a problem either.
Lastly, while the muscles are enhanced, the user obtains a higher endurance level in the affected area, allowing them to take stronger attacks than normal.

Bukijutsu/Kenjutsu:
Hyappatsuhyakuchuu - Always Hitting the Bull's Eye - D
The technique's name explains the notable and apparent part of the technique, but that's only half of it. Actually, the apparent part isn't really a technique; it just shows Hiryuu's proficiency with weapons.
The first part relates to his accuracy with weapons of all kinds. He can hit a specific spot using a kunai or a shuriken from a hundred meters away, and make a cut with a blade with precision that only misses by, at most, a couple millimeters. This concept translates to all weaponry, because it's more so about the precision of his movements, not just in relation to weaponry. As such, he could also do things such as catching a fly between his fingers if fast enough. The reason for the name is simply because the weapon is mostly apparent with his projectiles.
The second part, however, comes out when he generates chakra through his hand, fingers, and the weapon (or any object) itself. By doing this, he can essentially cause objects to maneuver in odd patterns when thrown or swung, or whatever action is applicable. This is done using the concept of a baseball. By causing chakra to form in certain ways along an object, he can cause the wind resistance the object faces to manipulate the object in many different ways. Hiryuu can cause objects to turn, spin, etc.

Summoning:
Buyuu - Bravery - C (Image)
Buyuu is a white tiger. She's not an actual summon, but instead, an animal that Hiryuu saved at a young age, after which, Buyuu became attached to Hiryuu. It's essentially what the Inuzuka clan has with their dogs.
Buyuu can use techniques like any ordinary summon, using the chakra elements of wind and earth.
Buyuu and Hiryuu share identical markings on the back of their chests, a black, infinity sign. This is the seal of the Synchronization technique used on the two. Due to it, the two share a number of things, and Buyuu's techniques also take up Hiryuu's jutsu points.
Buyuu's Techniques
Fuuton: Reza-Tsume - Wind Release: Razor Claw - C
After generating chakra in his claws, Buyuu can unleash five different lines of wind, each about 8 inches in height. These essentially are an extension of her claws. Anything they touch are cut deeply. There aren't deep enough to reach the heart or sever a limb, but they are difficult to defend against. Simple metal objects aren't enough to stop them, unless large in size. For smaller objects, chakra is required. These lines of wind also only last for twenty feet. After that, they fade away.

Doton: Chika Tonneru - Earth Release: Underground Tunnel - D
A simple earth technique that allows Buyuu to essentially travel underground with minor resistance. She basically digs tunnels using this. She can only remain underground for two posts at a time though, having to then wait four posts before doing so again.

Unlearned Techniques:
Kouki - Aroused Energy - C
This technique can be obtained in one of two ways. One, you can be born with it. The second way is to learn it like any normal technique; however, only members of the Netsubou Clan can do so. If born with it, a little practice is required to use it effectively.
The technique is rather simple, but with multiple, possible outcomes.
The user generates chakra through their body, or a part of their body. One of two things can then occur. The chakra can act as a shield, if the user simply causes it to stay still through their body, essentially protecting them from techniques up to D in Rank. C-ranked attacks are considerably weakened.
On the other hand, the chakra can be expelled from their body in two different forms. If concentrated, it takes the form of a flawed sphere (looks like a ball of flowing liquid, except it's not contained into a perfect sphere). Or the chakra can be expelled around their entire body, although this way is limited in range to five meters from the user. This form kind of looks like a wave of very clear water. The concentrated form explodes upon contact, although the force isn't very large...only enough to push someone about ten feet away from the ball, at most (e.g. if you're standing one foot away from the ball when it explodes, you'll be pushed nine feet. If you're standing five feet away from the ball, you'll be pushed five feet).
The less concentrated form isn't an attack, and isn't quite a defense. Instead, it simply slows anything down that passes through it, kind of like something flowing through water, although not as considerable.
Furthermore, if the user has minor control over chakra elements (at least one technique learned in that element), it can be channeled through the chakra. With the barrier, it doesn't appear to change, but once elemental chakra is channeled through it, its effectiveness alters, depending on what it's blocking, though it only alters it by one rank. (e.g. if you channel water chakra through it, the barrier's effectiveness increase by rank when used against fire techniques).
When you channel elements into the concentrated ball of chakra, the explosion still takes affect, but it now has altered affects (although all of them still have the pushing ability). Fire: A wave of heat energy is blasted outwards, causing minor burns (similar to sunburns). Water: A wave of water comes out, making it an effective against fire. Earth: Small rocks are added into the explosion, causing potential fractures to small bones (fingers, toes, the noes, etc.). They also sting pretty badly. Lightning: Anyone caught within the explosion is shocked, causing paralysis that lasts for a post. Wind: The force of the explosion increases, causing the distance someone is blown back to double.
When you channel elements into the external wave of chakra, only minor things occur. Fire: Temperature increase, no damage. Water: Things become damp. Earth: Minor pain (like being flicked) occurs over the entire body. Lightning: Minor shock. Fingers become difficult to move effectively. Wind: The decrease in speed is doubled.
Each effect has separate cooldowns. The shield/barrier has a cooldown of four posts. The concentrated ball of chakra has a cooldown of two posts. And the external wave of chakra has a cooldown of three.

Taishou - Object of Worship - B
Learning this technique is part of obtaining the second stage of the Netsubou Clan's kekkei genkai; you must obtain the first stage before it can be learned.
Any type of handheld weapon can be used while learning this technique. Kunai, shuriken, and katanas are common choices.
When this technique is learned, the bond between the user and his/her weapon increases, unleashing their destined piece of equipment (related to the Netsubou's KG).
What this technique does is allow the user to channel their chakra into a weapon, then manifest their techniques through the weapon. Most of the time, the outcome of the technique is identical to the original technique, but in some cases, minor changes can occur to make it applicable (e.g. if the original technique is a fireball, when channeling it, the weapon might simply be surrounded by fire). This is primarily used with the user's destined weapon; however, it can be used with any ordinary object as well; however, the effects are limited. Any object used other than the user's destined weapon causes the channeled technique to decrease by one rank, and physical contact must be made with it to initiate the channeling.
The strength of this technique increases as the user advances in their kekkei genkai.
Stage One: After obtaining stage one, the user may learn this technique, but nothing happens until they've actually learned it (not even a partial effect).
Stage Two: After learning this technique, stage two is unlocked. The user may only channel techniques up to C Rank through their weapon, and they must have physical contact with the weapon to do so.
Stage Three: They can now channel B Ranks through their weapon, and can be done even while the weapon is ten feet away from you.
Stage Four: They can channel techniques up to A in rank through their weapons. S and SS Ranks are too powerful though. This can now happen even while the weapon is up to 100 meters away from you (for RP purposes, basically, as long as the weapon is in the same thread as your character, you can do it).

Zentsuchi - Complete Earth - B
This technique is obtained after obtaining the third stage of the Netsubou Clan's Kekkei Genkai.
When activated, chakra surrounds the user's entire body. Any attack used against them is decreased by two ranks. It's increased to three ranks if the user stands completely still (movement causes the chakra to slightly disrupt). The initial activation costs the chakra of a B-Ranked technique. For every additional post it is active, it costs the chakra of an E Rank.
This form may only last for a maximum total of five posts, and has a cooldown of 3 posts for every post it was active (if it was active for one post, it has a cooldown of three posts. If it was active for five posts, it has a cooldown of fifteen posts).

Zenjoukai - Complete Heaven
This technique is obtained after obtaining the third stage of the Netsubou Clan's Kekkei Genkai.
When activated, this technique causes chakra to surround the user's destined weapon (related to the Netsubou Clan). While in this form, the weapon can essentially be moved telepathically, though it isn't. Instead, the weapon basically can move freely as it desires. The effectiveness of this depends on what the bond abilities of the user and the weapon are (again, related to the Netsubou Clan's Kekkei Genkai).

[Equipment Information]

Headband Location/Style:
Wrapped around Forehead, underneath his hair.
Items:
Two rings he wears on each of his middle fingers (described under special weapons).
Special Weapons:
Weapon Name:
Saha - Left Wing - B Rank (Currently E Rank)
Weapon Type: Double-edged Sword (Image)
Weapon Owner:
Hiryuu Netsubou (BJW81_RawR)
Weapon's Special Abilities:
Stage One - E (Current)
In stage one, the blade has yet to awaken. As of now, it is trapped inside of a ring on his left, middle finger (Image).
Stage Two - C
At this stage, Saha is released from its ring. At any time he desires, Hiryuu may essentially summon and unsummon Saha, going to and from his left hand and the ring. At this point, however, physical contact with the blade must be made before it can be placed into the ring. This happens practically instantly, with only a slight shine of light taking place before it happens.
Aside from its unreleased state, Saha is obviously at its weakest here. Saha obtains a single ability at this stage. Lightning is naturally generated from the blade of the weapon. In this stage, it must remain very close to the blade, so it can't be expelled at all. The lightning does cause a few effects though. In essence, it naturally is in a constant state of something identical to Sasuke's Chidori Katana. This allows the blade to cut through even steel, although the use of wind and lightning can counteract the blade's cutting ability. Furthermore, anyone cut with the blade becomes numb all over their body, although it's the most severe around the area cut. This can cause various effects. If cutting a limb, that limb will become unusable for two posts; the rest of the body is made more difficult to utilize, essentially making someone's muscles weaker for a post. If cutting anywhere near the spine, the entire body goes into a full-body paralysis for a single post. If near the throat or both lungs, breathing can stop momentarily. Anywhere near the heart would cause unconsciousness for a post.
Due to his Kekkei Genkai, the blade also obtains a sense (as in, one of the human senses), known as a bond ability, although at this point, it's only minor. Metaphorically and literally, Saha acts as the Dragon's left eye, allowing Hiryuu to see what the sword sees, and vice versa. Although it's not in the literal sense of vision. It's more so a feeling. Right now though, the "eye" is fixated on one position on the sword, the bottom half of the hilt (the part not covered by Hiryuu's hand). While swinging the blade, this is ineffective; however, when holding the blade stationary, it allow Hiryuu to see behind himself and to the left (there's a blind spot directly behind him).
Stage Three - B
The ability to place Saha back into its ring increases. Hiryuu can now do so even when the sword is twenty meters away.
The bond ability also increases. Even when swinging the blade, it's effective. It can also see in 180-degrees now, aimed to the left of Hiryuu, with Hiryuu being in the corner of its eye. There's still a blind spot though, which is directly behind him. The sword also gains something similar to the sense of smell, allowing Hiryuu to pick up on the scent of nearby objects without actually having to smell them with his nose (also removing any side effect from literally smelling the substance); as long as the sword is near the odor.
Lastly, the sword's lightning abilities increase. Hiryuu can now cause the lightning to extend forwards from the point of the sword almost instantly, essentially acting as a spear. This doesn't occur naturally though, like the previous stage; it has to be activated by using A-Ranked chakra, and costs C-Ranked chakra for every post it's maintained. It reaches up to 168 inches (four times longer than the sword's original length of 42 inches). It doesn't cut like a normal spear and actually doesn't cut at all. Instead, it causes severe internal damage, capable of killing and severely hindering someone, depending on where they are struck. Contact with any organ causes extreme amounts of damage, and contact with muscles can cause issues that last for the remainder of a fight (such as being difficult to use, extreme amounts of pain (though this is up to the person being attacked)). Unfortunately for those attacked, since lightning also isn't a physical object, it can't be blocked using physical objects; not literally anyways. The lightning can be temporarily displaced into another object, assuming it's a conductor of electricity; this only happens for one post though, then this ability can be used again.
Stage Four - A
Saha can now be summoned back to its ring from anywhere.
Hiryuu's bond with the blade increases dramatically, essentially making the blade a living person (aside from being able to move on its own -- although it can even do that with a technique). This means the blade now has all five senses. Vision is limited to 180 degrees, but can now change direction once every three posts (it's fixated on one direction, so turning the blade does nothing). The rest of the senses are all like a humans, except slightly worse (can't hear/smell from as far away). Hiryuu and Saha may now speak telepathically with one another as well.
In the final stage Saha's lightning control increases even more. By charging the lightning in the blade for a single post, Hiryuu can then release it in a massive burst of electricity. It travels in the direction he swings the blade. The size of this is about twenty meters and three meters. These values depend on what direction he swings the blade. If he swings it horizontally, the larger value is the width. If he swings it vertically, the large value is the height. It can also be release diagonally as well. This burst of lightning travels for about 100 meters before stopping. It can be stopped by causing a conductor of electricity to stop it, but it would require a very large object. The lightning devastates anything in its path, causing severe damage, much like an actual lightning strike, except over a much larger area.
There is a few downsides to it though. For one, it does have a cooldown of ten posts. Secondly, using it causes a small amount of electricity to surge through Hiryuu, causing him to become completely paralyzed for a single post. Then during the following post, he still cannot move his legs. This leaves him wide open for a counterattack, if there's anyone left to do so. Lastly, the Saha loses all of its lightning properties for five posts, making it mostly just another sword...although it still retains its bond abilities.
Weapon Background:
Uha was generated during the birth of Hiryuu. When born, he had a ring that Uha was sealed into. When Hiryuu finishes the second stage of his Kekkei Genkai, Uha will emerge from the ring. As Hiryuu advances in his Kekkei Genkai, the bond with Uha will increase.
This blade is also only one piece to a two-sword set. When combined with Saha (Left Wing), the twin swords are known as Zennou Ryuujin (Almighty Dragon God/King).

Weapon Owner:
Hiryuu Netsubou (BJW81_RawR)
Weapon's Special Abilities:
(All abilities are related to Hiryuu's progress with his Kekkei Genkai)
Stage One - E (Current)
In stage one, the blade has yet to awaken. As of now, it is trapped inside of a ring on his right, middle finger (Image).
Stage Two - C
At this stage, Uha is released from its ring. At any time he desires, Hiryuu may essentially summon and unsummon Uha, going to and from his right hand and the ring. At this point, however, physical contact with the blade must be made before it can be placed into the ring. This happens practically instantly, with only a slight shine of light taking place before it happens.
Aside from its unreleased state, Uha is obviously at its weakest here. Despite being an offensive weapon, Uha only currently has a defensive ability related to Fuuton. By generating a large amount of wind, the blade can cause a brief blast of air to shoot outwards, essentially deflecting lighter objects and slowing down others; this is only a burst, lasting only about a second. Right after this, all of the wind is condensed into a very small amount of space surrounding the blade, which basically places a hurricane (albeit, not as large in scale) inside a box, metaphorically. What this does is creates a very dense amount of air, capable of blocking things as if it were a steel shield, but maintains the barely-visible nature of wind. Unfortunately, it's also vulnerable against fire. Weaker fire techniques won't do anything, but stronger ones would basically engulf Hiryuu in flames once the shield is released. The space of this wind shield is a constant shape and size. The shape of it is your basic, crescent shield, and the size of it, at the largest points, is 24 inches in height, 18 inches in width, although the position of it can move vertically along the blade. Lastly, the shield only lasts three posts, and has a cooldown of six.
Due to his Kekkei Genkai, the blade also obtains a sense (as in, one of the human senses), known as a bond ability, although at this point, it's only minor. Metaphorically and literally, Uha acts as the Dragon's right eye, allowing Hiryuu to see what the sword sees, and vice versa. Although it's not in the literal sense of vision. It's more so a feeling. While swinging the blade, this is ineffective; however, when holding the blade stationary, it allow Hiryuu to see behind himself and to the right (there's a blind spot directly behind him).
Stage Three - B
The ability to place Uha back into its ring increases. Hiryuu can now do so even when the sword is twenty meters away.
The bond ability also increases. Even when swinging the blade, it's effective. It can also see in 180-degrees now, aimed to the right of Hiryuu, with Hiryuu being in the corner of its eye.
Lastly, the sword's wind abilities increase. He can now cause wind to surround the blade in an offensive manner. By using the natural cutting properties of wind, Uha can now cut through solid objects a lot easier. Cutting through the trunk of a tree is no problem, as well as metal objects (as long as they don't use chakra). This also slightly increases the range of the blade, making the blade's length increase by four inches, and the width by two (one inch on each side). Like the shield, the wind is only barely visible.
Stage Four - A
Uha can now be summoned back to its ring from anywhere.
Hiryuu and Uha may now speak telepathically with one another as well.
In the final stage Uha's wind control increases. It may now increase its range and cutting ability even further, although in this state, the wind becomes more apparent. It still has an issue with cutting through weapons using chakra, but other objects are cut with virtually no resistance. Now, using wind, the blade's range can triple, reaching 126 inches in length (42 inches being the initial length), and 9 inches in width (3 inches originally).
