Project Silas Day to day life/choices/concerns/thoughts/ect. on my journey to sanity.
Project Intro...
Not really trying to call myself a project. But my therapist told me it would be best for me to take detailed journal records of our visits..and how I feel about..well everything...so Ill be doing that daily. (Should Have started months ago when I first started seeing my new therapist BUT...thats life better late than never ya?)

anyhow, I have been seeing my new therapist for a few months now. We have been discussing many of the "issues" that I have had throughout my life. Anything from anxiety, depression, suicidal periods, gender, anger, social issues, paranoia issues, health issues I have had from birth till now, and about a million more things..

She already put me on meds once, it was a super low dose of Zoloft (which I was put on once when I was 16 but it just did nothing). Im not sure if she was just testing to see if they would magically work now that I was older or what. But as I thought, no use...Just gave me hot sweats, and uncontrollable migraines which really sucked.

Anyhow, right now I am not on meds but she is doing a series of blood tests, and wants me to have my pituitary gland scanned soon too (she says shes afraid I may have a small tumor on it or whatever). Shes also saying that because my array of failed med attempts from age 15-21 that my medical records and more extensive blood work may show I cant take meds or whatever...hope this inst true because I feel like s**t all the time...or at least if it is...there is something medical wrong with me that can be fixed and all this BS will just melt away...but somehow I dont think that is likely...

anyhow. Ill share more tomorrow...
