Ana's Locket
Not sure what will go here but if I feel like sharing something will definitely be posted here. Who knows.
I broke my phone
I don't know why I did it, but I really do need to calm myself with my anger issues. I decided to smash my phone for the last time against the floor, and it kind of ended up crashing onto the edge of a dresser, and then it cracked entirely. The battery was also damaged, not heavily, but in a vital spot, so that doesn't really work either. Luckily, I managed to save my SD card so most of my info and such are in there. It really sucks to know that you have absolutely no communication with the outside world, and, being the kind of person I am, I usually like to stay inside no matter how bored I am. Regardless, I learned a valuable lesson; whenever you're mad at technology for whatever reason, think of the consequences before nonchalantly smashing your fist into it.

In other news, I had a bad dream about my mom. I won't go into details since it was kind of prophetic and weird, but even so, it left me worried entire Sunday. Luckily, my worries were relieved when mom came home this morning from her job (and she left me her phone too. Yeeey.~) Oh, also, I'm a lot more comfortable watching anime and using the web in the public library now. I guess it takes some getting used to. I even helped out a woman with learning how to connect to the Wi-Fi. I guess that's great.

Also, I started working on one of my old, dropped projects. 'A Mermaid's Tail' is the title of it. Generic really, but as the title describes, it's a tale about a mermaid. I'm kind of loving it, and hopefully this project will be major practice for my writing skills. I think I still need to work on my mechanical skills, grammatical skills, and vocabulary, but I'm sure with AP English next week, I'll be able to improve exponentially. I just have to try, and not mess up too often. Or at all, really.

On that note, I have to read The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald for my Summer Reading Assignment. The book is great, set in the 1920's jazz era, and it's simply wonderful. The prose, the description, the image. I'm not too far into the story yet, but I'm sure I'll love it 'till the end. Unfortunately I'm not reading it too often as I should but I'll finish it by the time Summer vacation ends.

I suppose that is all for today. Hopefully I'll post up another journal entry this week. My life's kind of boring though.
