Disciplines:

Striking Surfaces: The majority of striking surfaces used by the shinobi are broken and build up to create a hard super calcified bone. The knuckles, palm heels, elbows, knees, shins, and tops of the feet are all worked through rigorous striking training to build up the physical resilience through constantly breaking bone and allowing such to heal.

Heightened Reflexes: Shinobi training is a highly technical and grueling affair that instills potent muscle memory into the students. This translates to what is perceived as super human reflexes but is merely a side product of rigorous training.

Heightened Senses: The senses of Sight, Sound, and Touch are all cranked to extraordinary levels for a seasoned Shinobi. This is mostly to couple with the reflex training, but serves a large spectrum of practical purpose in the field.

Pain Tolerance: After years of breaking bones to strengthen the regrown calcium, and hundreds of thousands of learning blunders in all manner of areas of training, a nin can and will grow a large thresh hold for pain.

Main Mechanical Storage Scroll: Picture Reference
A tubular cylinder nine inches in length, and approximately two inches in width. Unlike traditional scrolls; this scroll has a metallic rolling system that allows for the user to simply pull on the catch attached to the end of the parchment. There is a button on the head of the tube that locks the roll when sealed, and retracts the parchment when unrolled and pressed.

Contents: The Surface storage scroll has five seals on it's relatively small length of parchment. Each of these seals contains a sub-scroll, and each of these five scrolls contains the entire contents of Jinbei's current belongings. Each sub-scroll is of the same make and mechanical function as the surface scroll.

Mission Scroll: This scroll contains the whole of Jinbei's native shinobi outfit. His ninjer gear as it were. The outfit itself serves as an alter ego to some degree, allowing him to move and act as a ninja without putting himself or his identity in the crossfire. This includes his tabi, leggings, shirt, utility belt, bracers [These bracers have storage seals imprinted along the inside of them, allowing for the wearer to seal weapons into them before hand to be unsealed during combat for quick access], thin steel cuirass, ninja boots [lol], forehead protector [head band], and face covering. This also contains his thigh strap scroll holster, and his tanto holster which latches onto and hangs at an angle on the back of his utility belt.

Clothing Scroll:This scroll contains everything from modern casual to formal wear, to shinobi casual and formal wear. Including an extra set of mission ninjer fatigues. It also contains all of the various accessories he may or may not need for any given environment. Scarves, gloves, jackets, tabi, split legged hakamas, yukatas, ect. It's got allot of weird stuff in it in summation.

Medical Scroll: This scroll contains his first aid kit, which has bandage clothes, healing salve, sowing needles along with biodegradable thread, gauze, antibotics, anti-venoms, plasma pills, and food pills [a very small stock, emergency use only]

Library scroll:This scroll houses Jinbei's personal collection of books, tomes, journals, and scrolls, ranging from various figures of personal interest to actual stolen diaries, and scrolls of techniques or subjects of interest. This is also where Jinbei keeps his sources [for information], and his own journals for reference. This scroll is quite valuable to jinbei, and has the thickest casing of all of his sub-scrolls.

Chakra: Chakra (チャクラ, chakura) is essential to even the most basic technique; it is the moulding of the physical energy (身体エネルギー, shintai enerugī) present in every cell of the body and the spiritual energy (精神エネルギー, seishin enerugī) gained from exercise and experience. Once molded, it can be channeled through the chakra circulatory system, which is to chakra as the regular circulatory system is to blood, to any of the 361 chakra points (called tenketsu) in the body. Through various methods, the most common of which is hand seals, the chakra can then be controlled and manipulated to create an effect that would not be possible otherwise, such as walking on water, exhaling fire, or creating illusions.

BoushiTaka No Jutsu

This is a Kyomu Sect Kekai Genkai that awakens with the passing of a large amount of Chakra focused into the eyes and brain. The activation is done solely with chakra flow to those two areas, and the effects are quite a few. Firstly, it changes the eye's color and appearance to that of a eerie light green that puts off a glowing aura.

It actively increases the eyes frame rate intake, and the brains ability to process the frames intaken. This otherwise actively provides a slow motion perception along with heightening the synapse firing rate through out the nervous system. In Laymen's terms this gives the user slow-motion perception, [Not to the fullest degree of what that sounds like but slight slow-motion perception] along with the ability [through rigorous training] to react to what would otherwise be impossible to keep up with. Two additional bonuses are that the user can see clearly with crisp details at a max distance of fifty meters, and can see life force in the form of an orange outline of the physical vessel housing said life force. In the same token Undead entities appear as murky purple outlines, both of which energetic outlines can be made out at up to fifty meters. [even through solid matter (so long as said matter is not enchanted to be immune to supernatural abilities)]
The third and most prominent affect of BushiTaka No Jutsu, the main reason the art was mastered and valued so highly is because of how it interacts with the brain and sight. Flooding the brain with your own stabilized chakra flow actively forces foreign energies out of your brain's physical space. In doing so, Genjutsu, psychic manipulation, vampiric influence, and fae influence are all rendered near useless. Any foreign energies attempting to influence the mind via interfering with the brain's wave lengths or thought process are essentially shielded against by a fine wall of highly concentrated well controlled Chakra.

[Water walking technique]- To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet. With that, one uses the repellent force to walk across the water's surface.

[Vertical Surface walking]- This technique involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb a vertical [or impossible] surface without using one's hands. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the surface and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface, causing point blank concussive damage [minor kinetic explosion].

[Generic Sealing Technique]- This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expands the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use.

Wind nature manipulation is a form change for Chakra manipulation. In other words- one manipulates the very defining properties of the chakra they are generating and focuses the particles to the sharpest, and thinnest form possible while retaining the aspect of wind. In doing so, one can rotate the 'wind chakra' itself, and if they can rotate it fast enough, the aura of wind itself will become a devastating bonus effect for almost any bladed weapon.
[Buffs include- *Speeding up projectiles to bullet like velocity.
*Creating a cutting aura that can easily shred through light armor, and tear away slowly at heavy armor. [Cuts flesh like butter.]]

Once the technique is completed as a aura of electricity wrapped around the hand, the user charges forward and thrusts a Shuto (Karate chop hand formation) fingers first into their target. The high concentration of electricity directed into the trust pierces through flesh easily, and can even punch through light armor to deal massive damage.

The Katta-Ishi gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Katta-Ishi into a spear or blade-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of about five meters. Although it's less powerful than the Katta-Ishi, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks. When the enemy's body is pierced, the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades, increasing the number of wounds.The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries

If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this technique is an nearly-unavoidable longsword which leaves very deep slashes on the target's body.

Where as the Kaze No Yaiba manifests a blade of chakra manipulated in shape, and form to that of the wind element, this technique manifests a similar blade aspect of the original technique. The main difference is that the blade is altered in shape to take on the form of a spiral before being rapidly twisted in place around a focal point.[Usually around the forearm, or a weapon] The end result of the Kaze No Kadouyaiba is a weaponized 'wind drill bit' that can easily tear through flesh, and light armor, as well as be used to deflect projectiles or physical attacks.

Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

We'll say it's on par with a inch of folded tempered steel]. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.
[Note: Domu is not indestructible, and can be broken/shattered off the users surface if enough Psi is applied.]

The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water.
Wall diameters very, but usually the object is at least ten feet high and ten to fifteen feet long with a width of near five feet, and a seeming composition of solid rock.

Combat System: In retrospect, this kit is too powerful for me to not limit in some fashion so here's my first attempt at that. We're going to implement a Chakra meter, written and displayed, and each technique will be designated to a percentile cost of the meter, as well as unique penalties depending on which technique it is. If this system works, great, if not I'll implement something more functional. in other words; this is just the test run.

Jinbei starts out combat encounters with 100% Chakra. Each bar ([]) will represent 10% of Chakra, and it will degrade with jutsu use. When the meter is below 30%, it rises 5% during each post when a jutsu isn't cast.

Jutsu costs:

BoushiTaka No Jutsu: 10%
Kaze no Yaiba: 5% per blade
Kaze no Kadouyaiba: 10% per drill
Reppusho: 15% to cast
Katta-Ishi:10% Penalty: Chidori costs 5% additional chakra for each successive use during a single fight.[10-15-20-25-30] Katta-Ishi usage per day clause; is that Katta-Ishi can only be used safely five times per day without doing serious damage to the user.
Katta-Yama:15% Penalty: Despite having a flat casting rate of 15%, Katta-Yama counts toward the Katta-Ishi per day clause.
Doton; Domu: 5% to cover a single arm (10% for both), 20% to cover the whole body. Penalty Because this is a chakra flow type jutsu, the user cannot cast other jutsu while maintaining any coverage of Domu. Additionally: A D20 will be rolled, and Domu will last for that many total posts +1 [This count includes your opponents posts]
Kaze Koyo: 5% to add a minimal yet visible extra edge to a weapon.
[This passive buff persists for as long as the rotation is maintained]
Cost 10% to add a hyper extended edge to a weapon, such as a sword from a dagger, or a fuma sized shuriken from a regular sized shuriken. Penalty: When applying a Higher volume of chakra to a weapon, a D6 will be rolled, and the aura and subsequently buff will last for that many total posts +1 after being cast. [This includes the opponents posts]
Doton: Doryūheki: 20% per wall. Penalty Each extra wall cast after the first wall costs an additional 5% Chakra [20, 25, 30, 35, 40, ect.]

The technique is usually coupled with a sufficient distraction, in order to cover the initiation of the movement. Normally it appears to be a teleport, though the actual speed of the user varies highly on their proficiency in the skill.

Class: Supplementary [For Sunagakure nin]
Range: Short to mid range.
The user uses a giant roll of cloth to tightly wrap up the intended opponent, completely immobilizing them, thus preventing them from moving or using any techniques. The ability itself is versatile as once completed, the addition of further seals can be placed on top of the bound victims, preventing them from even being summoned while in effect. This technique is used by Sunagakure ninja. Mere physical contact with the cloth seems to be required to use this technique.

Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The user's chakra is evenly distributed among every clone, giving each clone an equal fraction of the user's overall power. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
[*-It's fair to note that despite what some folks may think, when a Shadow Clone is dispersed/released- the user only receives the experience, and fatigue of the clone.]

The Katta-Ishi gained its power by shaping it into a form sufficient for an electrical discharge and using it together with the user's own "thrust". This technique uses Shape Transformation to form the original Katta-Ishi into a spear or blade-shape, adapting it for mid-range attacks with a maximum range of about five meters. Although it's less powerful than the Katta-Ishi, its increased range means there is less of a risk to the user. It also has the advantage of being able to be used for surprise attacks. When the enemy's body is pierced, the user can alter the spear's shape into multiple additional blades, increasing the number of wounds.The blade can also be swung in order to cut things as well as cause fatal injuries

This technique over flows the Katta-Yama mid-formation of the spear while performing a shape change by spinning the blade at an insanely high Rpm [Rotation per minute]. The affect is roughly a foot by foot wide lightning drill bit capable of insane piercing power. This technique has a maximum effective range of approximately three meters.

This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materializes it into an invisible sword that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. Because of the shape of the blade this ability makes a very faint slicing noise moments before impact. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of wind kunai, then this technique is an nearly-unavoidable longsword which leaves very deep slashes on the target's body.

Where as the Kaze No Yaiba manifests a blade of chakra manipulated in shape, and form to that of the wind element, this technique manifests a similar blade aspect of the original technique. The main difference is that the blade is altered in shape to take on the form of a spiral before being rapidly twisted in place around a focal point.[Usually around the forearm, or a weapon] The end result of the Kaze No Kadouyaiba is a weaponized 'wind drill bit' that can easily tear through flesh, and light armor, as well as be used to deflect projectiles or physical attacks.

A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

The user flows chakra through all [or selective] parts of their body causing it to become noticeably darker, which increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond [Derp. We'll say it's on par with a inch of folded tempered steel]. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique.
[Note: Domu is not indestructible, and can be broken/shattered off the users surface if enough Psi is applied.]

The user creates a solid wall of earth as a form of defense. Chakra is either converted to earth within the body and then spat out to form the wall or the user can manipulate pre-existing earth to form the wall. The earth then instantly rises up and takes form. The barrier itself is also coated with chakra, making its strength incomparable to that of a normal mud wall. Because of the earth's special characteristics, the wall is highly resistant against, for instance, fire and water.
Wall diameters very, but usually the object is at least ten feet high and ten to fifteen feet long with a width of near five feet, and a seeming composition of solid rock.

Doton: Yama Kuchi
Earth Release: Mountain Maw
Classification: Ninjutsu
Type: Earth release
Rank: A-rank
Class: Offensive

Hand seals: Snake- Horse- Tiger- Ram
This technique animates a seven by seven foot square section of earth to rise up and open like a snake mouth that swallows the target. In addition to crushing the enemy in stone toothed shark like jaws, the maw forms a throat that leads down forty miles into the earth. The target is drawn down into the furthest point of the formation before the ground re-settles and seals, burying the target dead or alive.

About: -Growing up in the Kyomu clan in Sunagakure.
-Graduation and placement in a squad introduces his first bonds in life.
-True personal growth is gained solely on missions, creating a warped understanding of life. Comrades are tools, The mission goal is the highest priority because rank gains access to more technique through personal growth.
-Equation of combative skill to power is understood early and thrived upon, making for a very cold and inhuman youth. Which is pretty much standard for Kyomu clansman.
-Jinbei lives in the shadows as a true ninja should and performs hundreds of missions by the age of eighteen.
-Get's displaced to Gaia-prime at the age of twenty two. A vortext/Portal plucks him up. Since it's so effing common.
-Wanders Gaia for two years, Visits the Enclave, Hears about Kuro Ookami, But ventures out to Tegarashi Island, where he joins Iddimu Village.
-After two years of service, Jinbei eventually takes his leave of Tegarashi island at 26 to set out to a place called Sigil. A realm, rather. This is one of those fish out of water stories, but ninjer's usually do it better so what could possibly go wrong?
[Somewhere in here there might be an added time paradox scene prior to Sigil era story.]
-Shortly after coming to Sigil; Jinbei found a out-worlder priest who had the look of a warrior about him. For this solely Jin helped the fellow out.
-A helicopter crashed in Sigil drawing out quite the scene shortly afterward. Jinbei sought out the source and was drawn into a chaotic Ffa style battle happening in The Hive Ward.
-After lounging atop the Bravot company Library, Thomas Bravot himself met with the nin and struck up a deal. The missions have been issued, and Jinbei aims to fill the order.

Attach yourself to him, give him a message and keep me informed of his progress. He will more than likely butcher his way across the Hive and into the Mage Ward. He has a hatred of mages. If your interested in some really really epic bloodshed, I'd stay close to him. He has...his ways of making the whole world collapse around him. A very dangerous creature and one not to be trifled with. But, on the other hand...he can be amusing.[/i]



-In the mean time, Jinbei has been offered a large tab, and a suite at the Black Swan. Which will serve as his home, base, and hiding spot when he's not out ninjer'in.
