6/18/13 Journal for specific use
I am using this journal to record my feelings, moods, and depression for specific reasons. I want to record my feelings because i have Bi-Polar type 1. I have Manic Depression. I did not know this was such a big deal after last year. It disrupts my life, and the way it affects others. Such as Online, Family members, and me personally. So i hope i can realize that my thoughts are just thoughts, and each time my mood can progress in to a better and happier life.
