You never really know what you've got until it's gone. Ever heard of that saying before? Well, I've experienced it many times. I've yearned for something that's already gone. As time passes, I feel like there are so many things that I took for granted, so many moments that I thought were nothing.
I remember wanting to get away from high school as soon as I could. But now that it's gone, I miss it. My friends, the simplicity of it all. Even simpler is my childhood days. I remember wanting to grow up so badly as a kid. I couldn't wait until I was a teenager. Now I just want to go back to being a kid with no worries. But it's all gone, all of it. Childhood, high school. All gone.
