Forum RP: Dawn of the Dragons

Elvish Appearance:
Skin Tone: His skin tone is pale with only a faint pink color.
Build: He is a little bit on the thin side, since being a musician isn’t as physically demanding as some of the other professions. He isn’t made of muscle but he isn’t the weakest either. His health is good and spending days in the saddle has is no issue for him.
Height: 169cm (~5’6)
Weight: Unknown, lighter than he should be
Hair: His hair is long and a silver white color and has nearly the same texture as silk. Usually on the road he braids it back leaving only two locks in the front as his bangs. During his performances he can do it up in much more elaborate styles.
Eye Color: His eyes are faintly almond shaped and are light grey with a darker ring around them. They look like any other elf, although he kept the second eyelid of his dragon form. Usually it doesn’t show being clear, but he does close it to keep dust and debris out of his eyes as needed.
Distinguishing Features: He has a mark on his forehead to show that he is a wandering musician. It is a simple enough design done in red. Then, as an elf he has the pointed ears. He generally keeps his nails a little bit longer. He nearly completely hid his draconic voice, and instead speaks in a light lilting accent with a higher toned male voice which either has his mistaken as very quiet, or female. When he sings though, it is full of emotion and can fill an entire room.
Jewelry: He does have a certain fondness of shiny things, as is to be expected. Usually he keeps it to earrings, hair ornaments, and necklaces. The most common ones are teardrop jewels of any number of gems or colors that he wears in either his left ear, or on a necklace.
Wardrobe: He has two main wardrobes, with one being soft silken materials of white and silver (as pictured) with any number of ornamentations that he wears when he is performing. He also has several sets of clothes that he wears for traveling that are designed to be stylish but still allow him to disappear into the wood at will.
Draconic Appearance:
Tone: His scales are small and metallic colored, making him appear much like blue toned steel. There is no doubting that he is a grey dragon, despite the luster of his scales.
Build: A creature built for the air, he has rather short legs, a powerful torso, long wings, and a long tail that has a retractable frill on either side. His wings are long, folding twice and still resting past the end of his body proper. He also has a mane like set of frills around his head that are pretty much just for pretty, along with the frill all the way down his spine.
Height: 5m (~16’5ft) at the shoulder
Wingspan: 14m (46ft)
Weight: Unknown (amazingly light, being a dragon of air)
Eye Color: His eyes are actually rather dark. They look like shifting storm clouds, and in the dark glow faintly like captured lightning.
Distinguishing Features: His voice in dragon form is considerably deeper than his human form. It rumbles through the bones like thunder.
Jewelry: He keeps some of his jewels in his dragon form, pierced through a frill that as it turns out is his ear. He may also wear some of the necklaces or bracelets.
Demeanor
Formal: Formally he is quiet spoken and does his best to stay present but out of direct notice, hence his preference for being a musician. In his human form he inclines his head a considerable amount although he does this less in dragon form and at best will rearrange his wings and move his frill.
Informal: He is rather relaxed and quiet, enjoying the simple things. He likes to watch the weather, with his favorites being the rain. While riding he is known to play little melodies on his instruments or sing softly. In his dragon form he spends his time in the air, gliding from one current to the next.
Drunk: Ever tried to get a dragon drunk? It is no easy task, still it has been done. He tends to deepen his voice and starting belting out really bawdy songs. His morning after usually involves him dunking his head in ice cold water several times.
In Love: The definition of a hopeless romantic. He will serenade the one he is interested in, and shower them with gifts and small favors.
Stressed: His little snips of songs tend to get simpler, things he doesn’t have to think about. If in dragon form he will constantly rearrange his wings if he is on the ground and look for a way to get up into the sky so that he can think.
Likes: Rain, wind, flying, music, entertaining people
Dislikes: Fighting (although barfights don’t affect him in any way.), not being able to fly,
Fears: That he will be forced to go to sleep again.
Quirks: What is personal space?
Complexes: In his dragon form he is quite a bit more proud and will preen and show off. This shows up some in his elf form, but nothing like it does in his dragon form.
Combat
Type: Magic based and ruthless
Strength: His mastery over air both in flying and in magic. Once he realizes that there is no way to back down, he strikes to end the fight then and there, usually be taking any and all air away. Naturally this is detrimental if one is flying, using fire, or happens to be of any of the races that breathe. He also has some control over weather, mostly in being able to direct storms.
Weakness: He doesn’t actually have a breath weapon and against other dragons his shorter limbs give him a disadvantage. His longer wings also present more of a target since his wings are not armored like a lot of his body. The frills on his tail while retractable are also rather delicate.
Weapons: In both forms he uses magic as his main defense and weapon. His elf form he uses a recurve bow made of sung Ash with a dragon horn core and a string made of unicorn tail hairs. The normal arrows are white fletching although he does have 4 arrows with black and white striped feathers. The striped ones are poison arrows. At one time they were made from the venom of some of the other dragons, however over the years he has made do with some of the local herbs.
Abilities: His is a powerful magic user with the stamina to back it up although he lacks the physical strength of a full warrior.
Techniques:
 Slipstream – a technique to be used when flying that allows him to sidestep some of the laws of physics and reach incredible speeds with few negative effects. It can give him the illusion of being able to teleport over great distances.
 Healing – he has a little bit of healing ability, enough to get himself into the healing tents on a battlefield rather than needing to be in the fight.
 Lighting – while not able to create full bolts he can shift certain things like his arrows into small bits of lightning, more than enough to be deadly if they hit a vital point. He is also able to call lightning during a storm.
 Weather – he can direct the weather although it takes a lot of concentration to do. He can’t create anything, but he can move things around.
 Void – where he takes all air from an a circular area with a diameter of about 50 feet.
Noncombat
Occupation: Traveling musician
Items: A dapple grey gelding he uses as both mount and pack animal. It is an elfish breed. His pack includes full tack for the horse, a rolled tent on the back of the saddle, two blankets (one water proof), two quivers with spare arrows and two saddle packs on either side. In those he keeps 2 sets of formal silk garments, 4 sets of stylized camouflage traveling clothes, a fishing set, water, food, a basic cooking set, a lantern with oil, a few meters of rope, a fire starter set, brushes, a fletching kit, maps, books, a sewing set. His bow and main quiver he carries on his back. He may also be carrying any number of pelts, herbs, or other odd items that could be of value on the market.
