After a long period of deliberation, I've finally made my decision to write and write on my journal every day. I mean, there's nothing better to do than to write instead of just lounging around, doing nothing...
--------
But wait! I forgot to tell y'all that I just grabbed a copy of Final Fantasy IV - The Complete Collection today! That, too, was after a long period of deliberation, but I guess nostalgia got the best of me.
Well, for starters, I've had a long history of the FF fandom, starting with a copy of the FF 4 Advance that I got from a friend. As time went on, my collection grew and expanded to a variety of gaming consoles, hailing even to the good ol' SNES.
(Okay, don't think I'm old, okay? I'm still 13, you know; plus, I started my game collection back in '08, so I was uber-like young.) That said, I didn't actually own the consoles, I just got a few ROMs and emulators. So there, that was when my Final Fantasy "addiction" was born.
Now, time warp to about a year or two into the future, and I get a copy of Dissidia: Final Fantasy (along with its sequel back in '11).
Time warp again to last year, and I get Final Fantasy XIII. Now, you might think that I got all of the aforementioned games pretty late, but I was lucky to still get a copy of them, anyway. So there, just now, I bought myself a copy of the Final Fantasy IV Complete Collection.
The game houses both the original FF4 and The After Years, along with a new game, -Interlude- that finally connects the gap between the two. Anyway, I'm going to relive all of the hours that I spent with the classic pixels of the Advance version and see all of it (and more) in the glorious PSP-style HD.
Wish me luck!
