Hi guys,
My depression has gotten better and I don't feel ignored by my friends anymore which is also good, But....

I'm getting more anxious. I get anxiety. Not bad but I get it for no real reason. For example, at school we had to all stand up and say, one at a time the Hiragana (Japanese Alphabet) I felt a bit anxious for some reason.....

I don't know, I'll tell my counselor tomorrow.
