Moss
Moss is really called Morris, but everyone calls him Moss. He lives in a sci-fi world where people are created almost solely in test tubes, surgeries to change your appearance are as easy as getting a tan, families are an outdated concept and the government controls nearly everything. People are raised in youth centres. When they grow up, they are granted a stipend. Only the elite holds regular jobs and earn more money. Others can do small chores according to their skill level to earn extra money.
Moss is part of an anarchist group, mostly because he likes stirring up trouble and playing pranks. His greatest achievement so far has been turning the city's fountains orange. When he realises the leader of the group has plans that are much more dangerous than he always let on, Moss finds himself in an awkward position.
Moss' favourite things are his skintenna and eye implant, which mean he can connect to the internet wherever he is. He is flirty, sneaky and not overly prone to thinking things through. Hence accidentally joining a cult, and all.
