Thought on it for a whiLe longer, figured out it WAs mY day off, and kinda diSmissed it. It took another hour to realize that it was Wednesday...I thought it was Thursday. Oh well.

I'm kinda wanting it to BE nice and sunny Tomorrow. I wanna go lay out and, at tHE very least, make my foREarms match Each other in color. Whoo for being a driVEr. :P

Car is all cleaNed out. I just need to find someplace to put the 10 I have in my trunk. Maybe I'll paWn it off to Eddie and Ce. xP Also, I picked up all the coins I've Had around the apartmENt, mY car, and cOmbined them with the change I had in my change cUp in the Console. Counted and rolled All of it. $50 iN quarters, $20 iN dimes, $6 in nickels, and $7.50 in pennies. AlsO found Two gold dollarS. x3 Now to bring it all to the bank and toss it into savings. WEll, whEn they open, that is. Not now. :

I was left to my own devices
Many days fell away with nothing to show

There was a time when I used to care
I had a heart man, something was there
I didn't know it then, but now that it's gone
    the fire died

Lately I been, I been losing sleep

I only know it's Superbowl Sunday because it's a busy day for work. I don't follow the games or anything. Often times I'll show up and everyone will be talking about how busy it's going to be...How it's a game night and all. However, I do recall past Superbowls in the food service business, and they were very busy nights. Very profitable before. Hopefully they still are now. Unfortunately, I don't have any of the same regulars that I had a couple years back. It was great to not only be requested but receive a nice tip, and knowing that the whole transaction will go smoothly, such as the people actually being home, ready with payment, listening out for the door, and so on. :P It's kinda silly how often one or more of those aren't true. I think my favorite was telling someone it'd be out in 25 minutes, showing up after 20 minutes had passed since placement of the order, and finding out the customer had just left to go to the store and wouldn't be back for another hour. Yes. That was nice. <3

Also, I had to look up the definition of Respite... I knew it had something to do with tranquility, due to being one of the street names in Leisure Lakes subdivision, but I didn't quite get the exact meaning till just now.

    Are you doing okay?

    No, but it doesn't matter.

You'll probably do pretty well Sunday, even if you get a few tards =)

I wouldn't ask if it wasn't important in some way. :P

I probably will. As long as my car doesn't screw up. xP

=/ ... I just don't see a future. There's much more to it than that, but this is where I am. I'll be okay, though.

    What's up with your car?

Ah, what isn't up with my car. :P It's mostly transmission issues. Gear slipping and gear bolts backing off. Thinking of just replacing the damned transmission altogether. Or might finance a newer car here soon.

While I'd rather you're okay now, as long as you'll arrive to that point I guess that's fine by me. xP

Ugh. Transmissions. So easy to break yet so expensive to fix/replace. =/
I hope you find a fair car dealer and a car you like.

I'll arrive to that point one way or another, fine or not. I

I've a car dealer in mind, actually. Hwy 59 Auto has some pretty good deals and full history reports on each vehicle. Better than private sales, by far.
I've replaced a transmission once. In my old car, the Geo. Granted, the guy who did it put it in sideways, with only three bolts, and various other problems. Yeah. Special.

    I? You do that a lot. :P It's amusing.

Wow. That IS special. I mean, I could see someone like me who's never replaced a transmission doing something silly like that (though, I'd probably notice if only three bolts fit back into it), but someone who's supposed to be doing that on a regular basis as a job should know better.

...Yeah, I will leave a bit at the end if I am about to say something then stop. It's usually smilies/emo.gif / smilies/wahmbulance.gif stuff that needn't be said anyway. =/

The Saturn hasn't had anyone ******** it up yet. Well, no one while I've owned it. The prior owner put a low power fuel pump on and got the o-ring on the wrong side, thus causing a slight fuel leak and the smell of fuel every time I turned or filled up past the 3/4 mark (VERY strong odor, too; I'd park at the back of the parking lot at OB pizza hut and we could smell it all the way up to the door : ). The fuel pump ended up going out about 6 months after purchase; however, it took us another 3 weeks to figure out that THAT was the problem. We were thinking it was something a bit more difficult to replace, such as a blockage in one of the lines. I decided to just shell out the ~200 for the pump and try that. Worked. Thankfully.
Now I just need to get Amanda in my car and teach her what not to do while driving. She drives the Gallant rather hard, which is something she can't do with my Saturn and how the gears slip more when you do. xP

Sometimes it's good to vent. Whether it's to someone you know or not, or even to the wall, it's good to let go of whatever's screaming in your mind. Bringing to words, whether text or oral can help things. :P

That's good that it was the fuel pump and not something more costly; it sucks that the previous owner put the wrong part/part wrong in the first place, though.

I don't have anything screaming out. It's more of a something I've been putting off for the last ~15 years that no longer holds any reason for me to put off any longer,
