They shouldn't be laughing, though. Monsters are real.
They are not scary, however (well... most aren't). Monsters are just like humans: they're born to loving parents, go to school, grow up, and usually get married and have kids. They all grow up and die in the same town: Hidden Falls.
But first, these 'monsters' have to get through high school. So many humans whine and complain about how hard high school is, but it's often a lot worse for monsters. Fights are always more violent, bullying is almost always physical and can result in serious injury, and discrimination against the stranger monsters is incredibly prominent.
With the obvious hardships that high school monsters have to go through, it's a mystery why they even go to school at all. They always find a reason to enjoy it, though.

Rules
1. No godmodding! There will be no 'three strikes'. If I catch you doing it, you're out of the roleplay.
2. Be nice to everyone (no arguing).
3. Teachers are welcomed. For the sake of this roleplay, each student character will attend each teacher character's class, no matter what grade they are in.
4. Romance is encouraged, but don't overdo it. Cussing and violence is fine if you don't go overboard.
5. Four characters per person max (only one may be a teacher).
6. Please try to keep the boys and girls even.

Personality: Ezra is a very shy, soft-spoken, and gentle man. It is very hard for him to become angry, but when he does, he calms down quickly and will most likely blame himself for his anger. He has a hard time confronting people and will avoid it at all costs.
The only time he really comes out of his shell is when he is teaching (or so he thinks; he's never actually taught a class before).
Biography: Ezra was born and raised in Hidden Falls, and he has never left. He attended the small college to earn a degree in teaching, and this will be his first year of teaching French.
Ezra's family has a history of severe strokes, and he has sadly outlived all of his brothers and sisters.
On the weekends, he enjoys going to farmer's markets and reading.
