if to be naught but a second and then not at all and fight the fiercer for the dream that plagues my distraught mind.
exercise day 6.
i sis sit up crunchs and obliques in three sets for 30seconds a peice as fast as i could. i did pull ups with a weight between my legs and did some curls at 30 pounds for a few iteration.

yesterday wasnt about allot of work out or even a hard work out just putting in time after doing a test and allot of work.
