Great leviathan of the deep
Let us not impede your sleep
Stay forgotten beneath the waves
Slumber there within your cave
Dream of spears and sharpened swords
Of sailing ships with rotting boards
Remember all the blood you've shed
And all before you, those that fled
Feasting on our flesh and bones
Taking glee from fearful moans
Eating dismembered human parts
Driving fear into our hearts
But as you dream, those times have passed
Of your race, you are the last
Forgotten by the human race
Only known through mythic base
Do not rise great beast of old
Sleep till your scales begin to mold
Remain asleep and die away
Great dragon that was never slain

Place of Poetry
Seeing as I use this account more than my original, Blair Phoenix, I figured I'd move all my poetry over to this account.
"The world is not beautiful, therefore it is."
I am male. Sorry to disappoint.
