So I've decided to start keeping a journal again - it's sort of my Boo Year's resolution. A good artist knows how to use words just as well as he uses images. And now with the Howlidays over I don't have any more excuses to put it off. We'll be starting a new Screamester at school and I'm looking forward to taking Home Ick and my second Mad Science course. The only downside is it looks like Gryff is in my Home Ick class and I can't shake the feeling that guy is always saying sarcastic things about the way I dress behind my back.
My dad has been dating - I know, hard to believe, right?! But at the last Mad Science conference he attended, he met this Marine Dieologist named Abyssa Tempest. The two of them got into a heated discussion about...things I don't understand. Fish mutations and stuff, I guess. Anyways, they really hit it off and since then the two of them have been dating. She moves slow on land, since she's a Kraken and it's not easy getting around everywhere on tentacles, but she's got a great sense of humor about it. I think dad might be thinking about...
Well, I'm not sure how my dad's thought processes work! But I do think he wants to find a way to spend more time with Abyssa. How ghoul is that?
