Recently (today) I've started working out again, it's amazing how good you feel when you have motivation to drive you to where you want and need to be. While i ran ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes while listening to music, i realized that nothing's too hard if you try, getting back onto the groove of working out has made me feel better as well as my body, and yes although i may be sore when i wake up the next morning, i know that for once i actually have a plan. I'm looking at a whole new perspective and as they say, " no pain, no gain" I guess what i'm really trying to say is that i'm going to put down my introvert ways and become the extrovert i truly am. I indeed have a new attitude.
