Shadows of the Past
As I walked through the city I seen countless amounts of people. A large amount of gay couples, I do not understand their motives or purpose in their en-devours. I look at all the people in the sight, consistently moving all different and ever changing. Each person represents a person in my waking life that I've seen. The fact of this matter is that I've encountered their alter egos, as they have encountered mine. You see we all have something in common; Lounging. Every morning in Africa, a gazelle wakes up, it knows it must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed. Every morning in Africa, a lion wakes up. It knows it must run faster than the slowest gazelle, or it will starve. It doesn't matter whether you're the lion or a gazelle-when the sun comes up, you'd better be running. But every night they also must lounge to REST and recover. Lounging is required for existence of everyone and everything, it is IMPERATIVE and must be done or your world will CRUMBLE...
