The world of Gaia online was and always has been a place for virtual fashion! As such, you will be labeled noob unjustly if you look a certain way here in the wonderful land of Gaia.
For example:
You, like every user has perhaps looked like these two young Gaians. BUT FEAR NOT! You will not be this way forever, only temporarily. You see my young gaia goer, in only a few short days of playing gaia games and other things, you will have at least anywhere from 1,000+ gold in your pocket to spend daily. However, changing your avatar alone will not stop you from being labeled noob.
So, what are these other things that you can do to earn gold?
Well firstly, you can play zOMG, Gaia Online's MMO-RPG game. While the pay off at first isn't much, as soon as you join a crew and start farming you'll find you can easily get 10,000G in no time.

Secondly; Booty Grab! What is booty grab? No, it's not where you run around grabbing virtual butts, it's a game tied in with the aquarium. In the Aquarium forum there are users who go out of their way to buy expensive fish and perfect their tank in order to allow users to earn massive piles of booty, gold! Not only do they benefit from their ultra tank but so do you. In the game of booty grab you find a glowing aquarium usually via the user's signature and click the tank. You are then brought to their aquarium and the game begins. You have one minute to grab gold using the clam atop your avatar's head. As you play you will see certain things floating around. These are power-up and power-downs. The red ones you should avoid and the blue one help you.
