The Old Language, while rare, is still used by some Callistans in formal or discreet occasions. It is derived from a time when the beings of Velyern lived as hunters and a short and precise language that was easy to understand was needed. This need perforated the culture to the point where the language evolved into a rough language focusing on precise pronunciation of words.
