The rules of ettiquette when you're buying your groceries
Taking this journal to a new adventure, about my experience as a grocer and having to deal with... all sorts of interesting customers, and because of them, I feel that there's a need for a rule book
Nothing!
Inspired by a certain song

Karteley frowned. She was... lost. Lost in Oclea! The girls had agreed to go on a shopping spree and the green haired girl was gun ho! But she wanted to take a side trip to try to find a joke shop for herself. None of the other girls would have been really interested in, at least she assumed, so she just went exploring by herself. And somehow lost track of herself. When she arrived at a very fancy college did she finally concede defeat and was ready to call in for assistance.

"It's very nice... I wonder if Lori will go to a place like this someday." She pondered outloud as she fished out her cell phone. She was in mid number dialing when she watched a nice car pull up. Two girls about as snobby as Lori came out and were all smiles. "Okay! thanks mom!" One said, waving the car away, before their looks turned venomous. "I can't believe we got dragged into this stupid art camp." The two of them were holding some fancy folders that they swiftly threw away. "Come on Sarah! Lets ditch this and go find some cute boys."

Well, give Lori credit, at least she wouldn't be a damn quitter. Still Kart was curious and once the girls were gone, she pulled out one of the folders to look over. It was indeed an art camp thing! A very nice one! And from what she could guess, the two were signed up for acting class. Hmmmmm... Karteley always wanted to see what a fancy acting class. Cedar was anything but fancy, including their drama club. Well... the girls were obviously ditching, and the class wasn't that long. Why not! Karteley sent a text message, telling the others she was fine, but still exploring, and went rushing along to the drama department.

"Sorry I'm late!" She said, upon finding the right studio. The teacher looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "And you are?" Kart froze for a second, realizing her plan had a major flaw! At least until she recalled one of the girls had mentioned a name. "Ah, I'm Sarah!"

The teacher checked the roster in silence before saying. "Ah, Miss Morales. So good of you to join us." And abruptly turned away. It... worked! Ha! Kart was in! And none of the students seemed interested in her, so they weren't going to out her out! Talk about luck! Karteley was beaming as she walked over to where the other students were standing.

"Alright, let's get started. We're going to do improve everyone. Now, you're on a bob sled, it's snowing out, it's cold. Go!" Kart jumped a little at this confused by the order. Go? Go do what? Though the other students were quick to act, pretending to shiver and shake, making wooshing sounds. It went on for fifteen minutes and Karteley tried to pretend along with them, until the teacher called them out one by one asking what they felt. Each one described how they felt the wind in their hair and the cold on their face, until finally. "Alright Miss Morales, what do you feel?"

Karteley blinked as all eyes were on her. What did she feel? What did Karteley Perdino feel right now? "I feel fine." She said. "... Fine?" "Yes fine... actually it's a little warm in here, you might wanna open a window." From behind her, she could hear some chortles, but laughing with or at her, the green haired girl didn't know.

The teacher said nothing but sighed, shaking his head as he disapproved of this. Still he moved on, and soon the class was over for the day. Karteley left the class confused. That wasn't what she was expecting... of course that was quite obvious wasn't it! All they did was play pretend by themselves... but took it quite seriously. Like it was serious business, and the teacher was treating pretend like it was homework. It was all so... stupid! "Well it is only the first day.Tomorrow has to be different!" Karteley decided as she ran off to catch up with her friends.

----

"Today you're going to be a table." Said the teacher, straight face, matter afact. Karteley's jaw dropped as she didn't know which was harder to believe. The teacher saying that or the students not even batting an eye at the suggestion. She just had to speak up. "I'm sorry, but... what do you mean by that? Are we... pretending to be tables?" Which earned her a scoff.

"No Miss Morales, you're not going to pretend. You are going to be! Take every essence and become a table!" He said, as if spelling out the word cat to the girl.

Was no one else having a problem with this? Yesterday made sense because it was a setting, but this... when were they ever gonna need to be a table? Once again, everyone went on about how they felt juice being spilt on them, or being so stiff, and that when it was Karteley's turn, all she could say was. "... I don't feel anything." The teacher pinched the bridge of his nose and said. "Morales, that kind of attitude will not get you anywhere in acting."

And for the next few days it was the same. One day it was a sports car, the next a leaf on the stream. After an exciting afternoon of not feeling like an ice cream cone melting, Karteley decided to drown her depression with an ice cream cone. She just wasn't getting it. No matter how hard she tried, she wasn't getting it! Maybe there was some secret, maybe there was a class before this, she just wasn't sure! Well tomorrow as the last day... hopefully then things would clear up.

The next day was exactly the same. Pretending to be a hamster in a wheel! Everyone acting like they felt something except for Karteley. When she was finally called upon, she had to confess. "Nothing. Nothing at all."

"Miss Morales, for the past week you've been saying that. Do you think this class is a big joke?" The way he said that, gave Karteley revelation. "... No... No this class isn't a joke. I know a lot of jokes... this class is nothing! It's really nothing!" The girl proclaimed throwing her hands up in the air. Everyone watched her in shock as she then pointed a finger to the teacher and went on. "And frankly put teach, you're nothing if you think that this bull s**t will ever amount to anything!"

She was grabbing her purse as the teacher finally regained his ground. "I am telling your parents about this!" Which made Karteley laugh. "Now that's gonna be a really good joke! Good luck with that!"

And with that she stormed out, quickly catching up with her friends. "So sorry about running off guys."

The group starred at her, before Lori got huffy, putting her hands on her hips and demanded. "You have run off each day around this time doing who knows what! What have you been up to?"

Karteley thought about the question before offering her signature goofy smile and saying. "Believe me guys... I've been doing nothing."
